The live-action theater play based on the novel The Eccentric Family by Japanese theater group Atelier Duncan will open next year in Tokyo and, of course, in Kyoto. Ticket sales open next week in Japan for both locations. The play is subtitled as "Shichi Henge Ongaku Geki (7 Transformation Musical)" and this will be the second time that Atelier Duncan works with the novel by Morimi Tomihiko. More after the jump!

The multidimensional theater project by Satelight and Avex Live Creative titled The Fool has had its voice cast confirmed for the first play in Nobunaga The Fool, planned for December. Natsume Yujincho was recently turned into a unique play called a Sound Theater in Japan and the cast took the stage on September 28th. The reader's theater performance will now be available as a Blu-ray or DVD with a new OVA early next year in Japan.
