    Webmanga spin-off adaptation hits Tokyo MX on October 1st

    This fall, family restaurant comedy Working!! returns, sort of. Yumi Kamakura returns to helm the A-1 Pictures adaptation of web manga spin-off WWW.Working!!, set to debut on Tokyo MX on October 1st. Takao Yoshioka is similarly back to write series composition. Inazuma Eleven's Mayuko Nakano steps up as character designer and chief animation director.   • "WWW.Working!!" Anime Recasts Risa Taneda Role

    Explaining that it is due to health concerns, WWW.WORKING!! says that the role of Kisaki Kondoua will now be played by Nana Mizuki

    28-year-old anime actress Risa Taneda, who announced plans to put her work on hiatus while receiving medical treatment, was slated to voice to Kisaki Kondo in WWW.WORKING!! in October 2016, Aya Komichi in Kin-iro Mosaic: Pretty Days in November 2016, Françoise Arnoul/003 in the three-part film Cyborg 009 Call of Justice running November to December, and appear in Hand Shakers in winter 2017. Taneda's announcement was followed with one from the Working!! spin-off announcing that her role in the web-manga adaptation has been recast.

  • "Working!!" Author Sketch Congratulates Voice Actress Akiko Kawase on Marriage

    Series' Maya Matsumoto has gotten married and had a child

    Another Working!! anime voice actress has announced her marriage.  This time, 35 year-old Akiko Kawase, who was Maya Matsumoto in the series, July in Coyote Ragtime Show and Yuko in 2003 Astro Boy revealed she's gotten married and had a child on the Working!! web radio show. This meant a chance for series manga author Karino Takatsu to continue her tradition of sketching a tribute to the cast nuptials.
