  • One of the best Sci-Fi anime ever!
I won't add any kind of spoiler as i feel that explaining the basics will do just that.
What i will say is that the concept is really original and the story isn't <<forgiving>> nor <<sweetened up>> like we see a lot nowadays. There will be crime, there will be blood, there will be death and there will be some epic realistic and mind blowing finally.

    Just watch it.

  • Terrifyingly Amazing, But Not For The Faint-Hearted
I'll be honest, when I first started this show, I had no clue what I was getting into. But a good friend said I'd like it, so I gave it a try. I was in no way prepared for how gory and horrifying it would be. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved it! The characters are so wonderful and interesting, the plot took so many unexpected twists and turns, and the music was just stunning. But be warned, ...

  • sci-fi police crime drama, PKD vibes.
Pyscho Pass is a great show for sci-fi fans who might enjoy police crime dramas that take place in a post-modern world where the societal norms and laws have changed after the rise of technology. Law enforcement relies on machines to gauge criminals but sometimes those machines maybe aren't the best tool for deciding these matters. A villain appears who exposes and exploits the flaws in the ...

  • Psycho-Pass is pure GOLD
As a kid my favorite type of TV shows and books were ones that gave the viewer a challenge and forced them to think outside the box to solve the mystery... Psycho-Pass was that but if a literature guru got to direct it all. The anime was so god damn good and forced me to be thinking and paying attention to every thing they said. Trying to figure out the secrets behind the government and Makishima ...

  • Psycho-Pass: Sci-fi that is actually Science Fiction
You know how some things are called Sci-fi because they happen to have robots or lazer guns or something? Psycho-Pass is far more than one of those. Psycho-Pass does the thing Sci-Fi was born to do: implement one futuristic concept and analyze how it changes society. This is the stuff I love. If you love these classic Science Fiction thought experiments you will love Psycho-Pass.
    I want it give ...

    Pyscho-Pass Sponsored by PANTONE™
Psycho-Pass is pretty much the result if you took Minority Report and made it into an anime. Plot wise it's vastly different but concept wise it's kinda similar, only instead of being thrown into an isolation cube for your crimes you get turned into a human water balloon AKIRA style. All this is brought about by special government people wielding paint samples at people and doing a little ...

I thought it was meh, but decide for yourself.
If you're trying to decide whether you want to watch, I've composed minimal-spoiler do/don't watch lists to help you, as impartially as I can.

DO watch this show if you:
need to satisfy an action show craving
have a darker taste in anime
consider yourself an amateur philosopher or psychologist
want to see lesbians!! (very briefly)
    are fascinated by grey/ambiguous morality
    go ...

  • DESERVES TO BE ON TOP!
When I watched PSYCHO-PASS, it was the time I started watching anime again. But I already felt that it is not the same as the other action anime. It does not involve in some kind of magic-related stuff nor school-related stories. It does not also involved with some stupid-dumb characters that gives conflict then eventually, after few episodes, gets resolved. It is a story that you would track from ...
