The next chapter of Dragon Ball opens in Japan on June 11, this summer around the world

The official Dragon Ball Super film Twitter account revealed a brand new trailer for the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO anime film today, showing Gohan awakening to some new energy. This is the first of three special trailers that will be released over three weeks revealing more about the anime film.

Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO hits Japanese theaters on June 11 with Crunchyroll set to release the film in theaters in both subtitled and dubbed formats in North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East and Asia (excluding Japan) this summer. Crunchyroll describes the film as such:
The Red Ribbon Army was once destroyed by Son Goku. Individuals, who carry on its spirit, have created the ultimate Androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. These two Androids call themselves “Super Heroes”.
