deeply relatable MC, great humor and commentary
funny, emotional, deep. What I love most is the way the show looks at emotional/mental health, and ultimately at the emotional and mental state of the MC. The MC's struggles are really relatable for me personally, and I love it. I look forward to seeing the movie!

    You just have to watch
I watched the first 3 episodes and remember thinking, "wow, that was one of the best hours of anime I've ever seen." I stand by that. I expected the show to fall off from there as the focus shifted to other characters and story lines, but it really didn't! To the contrary, the show moves through some fun and whimsical middle episodes to an emotionally powerful conclusion.

    If you're like me ...

    When grown men cry..
Keep the tissues handy for this one. Not in a lewd way.

I found myself tearing up nearly every episode of this show. That kind of thing is not normally my jam, but the characters and story are so great here, I couldn't walk away.

I'm really hoping the light novels get licensed, because if I did have one complaint, this does feel rather rushed at times. They're obviously trying to cover large ...

PLEASE watch this, you'll desperately regret it if you don't!
I honestly beg you to give it a chance, even if absolutely nothing about it looks appealing to you, just give it three episodes. I guarantee you'll change your mind.

This was honestly one of the best series I've ever watched. The opening and ending song alone make this a 4/5 star review. If they just looped the two songs for the twenty minutes I'd still watch the whole season happily and give ...

    One of the Greatest !
Bunny Senpai is one of the greatest animes i have ever watched period. Like everyone else... the title and cover was deceiving, and going into it, and I genuinely thought I was going to hate it. But within the first episode, I was already crying on the inside that this amazing show was going to end. The characters have the perfect amount of wit, humor, and a overall amazing development, that makes ...

    The literal opposite of fanservice.
A real bait-and-switch anime that I mistakenly passed by because of the fanservice-looking title and cover art. Turns out it's a remarkably well-written & mature relationship drama with a slight scifi bend. It's not perfect, but well above-average for what it is. I would have given this four stars except it gets one extra because the bunnygirl on the cover & title might trick some otaku into ...

Started Watching For The Bunny Girl (Stayed for the plot)
Let me start off by saying this is an anime rather outside of my comfort zone genres of shonen/isekai/echi comedy. I began watching this show because I thought it WAS just your run of the mill echi and intended to watch when nothing better was out yet,

Boy was I ever wrong. First of all this is NOT an echi style anime. The cover art is about as echi as the show ever gets. This anime is a mix of ...

Sweet Slice of Life That Depicts The Troubles of Adolescence
Each arc in this anime presents a refreshing narrative on troubles and concerns of those experiencing the tough affairs of adolescence.

The main character Sakuta Azusagawa is a no-BS, straight-talk, witty representation of someone who has gone through much in his young life. He subsequently demonstrates incredible acts of kindness to those who are in need, regardless of the status quo, and in ...

So much more than a bunny girl!
This anime was a surprise gem from a season of stellar anime. Despite having a lot of competition, this anime stands strong and tall. What this anime is, is Bakemonogatari minus the creepy sexual stuff, minus the atypical and hard to follow story telling and with much more human, much more likable characters.

In short, it's a romance, mystery and dramatic series with some supernatural ...
