  • Emotional, wonderful. motivating
This is one of the most heartwarming, motivating, great animes I've seen. Such beautiful friendship, wonderful characters and an amazing story. I have just finished watching it but I can't wait to watch it again. It makes you feel happy and see all the opportunities around you. It's just a wonderful story.

  • Highly Underrated Story
The author masterfully weaves late adolescence, friendship, and sports into a story that both uplifts the viewer and urges them to reach beyond themselves.

Run With The Wind is one of the first sports anime that I've watched and sets the bar high. Great visuals and animation.

  • fantastic art, characters and story
Nothing negative to say. The art and animation are wonderful, great music, love the story progression and overall just a pleasure to watch. Its a feel-good anime that doesn't go to extremes to accomplish its goal. Up in my favourites along with Space Brothers.

  • The Mature Side of Shonen Sports Anime Done Right
With all the characters being likeable, and them being university students, the 'problems' in normal highschool/middleschool sports anime become realistic. University grants a freedom not found in gradeschool, and you don't have to question how they can dedicate so much time to the said sport. Each of the main 10 characters have their own quirks, and depth that you don't see many other stories ...

  • Wish There Were More Seasons
I decided to watch this after a recommendation from a friend and I'm so happy I did. This anime has everything an amazing sports anime has and it's sad to see that it's so underrated. The plot line is so beautifully written and touching and takes you through every high and low of this unusual track and field team with both smiles and tears. Since this anime was based off of a novel of ...

  • Most Underrated Anime I've Watched
I'll first share a little incident I had with Run with the Wind that I found pretty neat. After watching Haikyu!! and Boku no Hero Academia (My Hero Academia), I fell in love with Yuki Hayashi's music, which led me to making several playlists of his songs (for studying, for general listening, and for running). One day, I went for a run, listening to my Yuki Hayashi (thought to be solely Haikyu!!) ...

  • an anime made to be an inspiration..
This is probably the only anime that I watched that in every episode, I got to learn something inspiring. I really appreciate how this novel became an anime, its story is a motivation & very touching. The pacing of the story made me one with them, as I watched the story progressed in each episode, I felt like I am one with every characters.
The 10 of them are unique & are all lovely. Haiji is ...

  • Probably The Best Sports Anime
This has probably one of the best sports anime I have seen ever, and that is including the ever-most popular Haikyuu. The animation and sound design are phenomenal, many backgrounds look like they are from real life, the sound design is spot on, and the audio is clear and never breaks. The characters and dialogue are for the most part very good, and I love most if not all of the characters. But ...
