It's a Nice Change of Pace
It's funny and a nice change of pace. I'm glad the way they talk isn't over dramatic and more normal compared to most shows and the voice acting is quite good as well. Art style is fun too. I'm not too sure why they chose the character designs that they did, but it adds to how funny the show is for some reason especially Nobunaga being a duck.

    Politically funny(Kneen-ja)
This show is a amazing. It shows for the most part accurate portrayal of it characters and Japanese history. I like a lot and very highly recommend! I like the dry humor it uses perfectly while still being pretty accurate. I thonk Gaijin Goomba puts it perfectly:

  • really nice anime, and unique art style!
I really enjoyed this anime. It had quite a few comedic episodes but it also provided some tales about Japanese history. One of the most unique things about this anime is obviously it's art style. When i first saw it, it looked like it would be too messy, however, everything seemed clear and easy to understand!

    Would recommend!

  • Off the rails history
Genuine tidbits from Sengoku era history get warped into absurd incidents. If you know a bit about the great generals of this era, the irreverent characterizations of Oda Nobunaga, Tokugawa Ieyasu, etc. are amusing. If you know a lot about the era, the scholar's jokes in these short episodes are amazing.
