  • This Anime Is Incredibly BEAUTIFUL!
I started watching Steins; Gate out of the fact that I dislike the idea of time travel. Regular Steins; Gate was great, but Steins; Gate 0 has so much emotion in it. It's so beautiful. It keeps you coming back for more. The way it contrasts from Steins; Gate is amazing. Honestly, this may be the best anime I have ever seen.

I can not even put into words how much I recommend watching this
This entire series has been a rollercoaster of emotions.

This series has left me joyful, heartbroken and speechless more time throughout its entirety than I could ever have imagined and anime to be capable of. This is truly a story that I could not possibly suggest more for everyone to watch.

Now excuse me as I leave in order to rewatch both this and the original steins gate.

  • An awesome addition to an awesome series!
Anyone who didn't like the original isn't gonna like the sequel, but anyone who liked the original should love this! This is an outstanding continuation to one of the possible endings of the original story and takes the characters further toward their ultimate goal.

We have a very understandable and believable type of character development for the main character, who is dealing with the trauma ...

    Still the best story
    (Spoiler Free)

I binge watched Stein's Gate quite awhile ago, but it became one of my favorite shows that I've ever watched, up there with the classics like Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. Stein's Gate 0 really keeps that going without losing what made the original special. There are so many anime out there that are only there to sell figures and promote fanservice. Fanservice on its own ...

I'm in a glass case of emotion!
I’ve had Crunchyroll for years and this is the first review I have ever actually felt compelled to write. In all earnestness this show is a masterpiece for the ages. After finishing watching episode 23 and knowing that it has now ended, I feel a void inside and don’t know how I will ever be able to keep on living without any more Steins Gate. In particular I have to point out the music. Steins ...

    Makes the original even better
Normally sequels to media and stories kindof stuck because they have to up the ante or the stakes or the drama to compete with the original. Steins Gate 0 really does the opposite - it builds up the original to an even higher level. Now that I've finished it, I wanna see the whole thing again.

The Near-Perfect Sequel to a Perfect Ending
Oh my goodness, what are you even waiting for? WATCH THIS MASTERPIECE! The last third of the series especially is absolutely incredible!

Steins;Gate 0 takes place after episode 23ß of the original series. While Steins;Gate 0 doesn't have as good and coherent of a plot as the original did throughout most of the series, it makes up for it with everything else (in which it blows the original ...

Great Ending for an Amazing series
Great ending for a great series, during the start, it was honestly pretty damn slow, was considering dropping it, but when it kicks up at around episode 8, it really does live up to the original series, amazing series overall, if you are a fan of the OG steins gate anime, this is a MUST WATCH!.

A subpar story about a certain sad scientist.
Review in brief: Steins;Gate 0 is a rough showing in a much beloved series that goes from cringey to alright to bad at the drop of a hat for its entire duration with few exceptions. It’s not without its moments, but they’re so few and far between that it bears a serious question: “Is this story worth being told?” Unless depression, memes, and a handful of clichés can hold your ...

  • The perfect sequel.... mid-quel?
I played the game, so I already knew what to expect, but oh it is so much better seeing some of these things happen in animation. The more emotional expressions and motions, the characters reactions to each other that you wouldn't really see in sprites... It's all wonderful.
Probably the only downside of the anime over the game is that the anime had to leave out a lot of events and ...
