  • A classic must watch title
As some others may have already mentioned it starts off a little slow. I watched it a while back and stopped about year before I rewatched and actually finished it. It has a lot of setup in the beginning but these are important to establish the true point of the story. Once it hits the climax things take a very interesting turn and it becomes hard to walk away from.

El Psy Congroo (seriously just watch it)
OMG this anime! Sure it starts a little slow, but once it gets going the knob is turned to 11 and never gets dialled back down. Enjoy the slow pace and setup of the first half of this show because you won't be walking away from your screen once the second half starts. It's seriously the best sci-fi thriller I've ever watched.

  • #172. El Psy Congroo.
An eccentric self proclaimed mad scientist Rintarou Okabe spends most of his days with his lab assistants, aka friends in a building he rents out in Akihabara. There in the “lab” he and his companions invent all kinds of gadgets and gizmos. His latest creation being a machine dubbed the “Phone Microwave” which turns bananas into green gel. In one situation the lab members are called to action and ...

  • a real master piece of a series
I didn't think much after watching the first few episodes and didn't anticipate the huge tone shift that kept me binge watching the series until the final episode. The first episodes are so crucial for how the second half is, I didn't even notice how much I had grown a connection to each character.

  • The most perfect series
I am writing this review after episode 23 of Steins; Gate 0 just aired. Let me just say this is one of the most wonderfully crafted shows to exist. The plot for both the original and 0 works so well together. Each character has their own unique personality which gives off a vibe with the setting, making you want to figure out what happens next. Some episodes are extremely sad at first, until you ...

  • Enjoyable the whole way through!
I've always loved time travel related stories and this kept me on my toes the entire way. I was interested for every episode with never a dull moment. Multiple characters that you can't help but enjoy, and is definitely one of my top favorite animes now. Highly recommend!

  • Absolutly Fantastic!
This show is without a doubt one of the best shows I have ever watched. Finding a story with such emotion and compelling characters is often quite difficult, but Steins; Gate does not disappoint. From the beginning the characters are alive with their own unique styles and they grow in an incredible way. This is a show that I have watched twice and fully expect to come back to many times.

Truly one of the best shows.
A lot of anime in the past decade have become pretty generic. That's not to say they're not enjoyable, but many of them are simply forgettable a few months after you finish them. Let me tell you this: You will not forget a single episode of Steins;Gate.

    Best anime I've seen
This was one of the first anime I watched because of a recommendation from a friend. The show was amazing in every way, the story was dramatic and suspenseful, the characters were likable, and it wasn't too long or too short for its own good. I recommend this to pretty much anyone who wants to watch an anime nowadays.
