  • An interesting Isekai made generic
I've spent an absurd amount of time combing through the vast number of WN/LNs out there over the years. Sometimes titles stand out to me having a bit of charm or interesting angles or even perhaps a meta play on a genre.

In LN/WN form, 8th son is rather charming. Our protagonist dies claiming another Isekai Yuusha for us to watch. A generic premise but dives it in trade, technology, the ...

  • Finish What You Start
where is the rest of the training, the rest of the time at the school, the ending of the tournament, the years he spent practicing in secret....it seems like 90% of the interesting moments the show creates are finished offscreen....fix this....people arent going to invest in a show that never rewards them with development or climax....he kills a giant creature in one shot....and that one mcguffin ...

Worst thing I've watched in years
There was no reason this should have been an isekai. It does nothing but remind you that the protagonist is a 30-40 year old man, happily engaged to a 12 year old girl with two other 12 year olds in his harem that he has accepted as concubines. The harem aspect was also forced- as I forgot for three episodes that it was an isekai *since it had nothing to do with the plot*, considering his ...

  • Yeah, it's about as generic as they come
The anime isn't necessarily bad, it's just nothing good. It's generic in every sense of the word. Watchable, but only if you have nothing else to do. It suffers from much the same issues that you see in Wise Man's Grandchild and Isekai Cheat Magician. Generic to a fault, nothing new or interesting. Really only a watch for those who enjoy typical "Over powered main character goes to another ...

  • Review on the 8th son in whole
It is a great amine to watch it is lacking in some ways but still, really good. I think before you try to trash it watch all the episodes because the character development is fire and I like how the show is coming to gather. So I hope and pray it gets another season.

  • Are you kidding me??
Honestly.. this deserves a 1 star review because the their is really no character development and they jump timeline way too fast and way too far. It is as if they are trying to hard to get straight to the point where the main character is older already. The anime itself has potential but it really doesn't show any fight scenes(They also end to short). The fight scenes are way to plain and boring. ...

  • I’m Lost In The Anime
So Like Ep7 Ends With Protagonist In Like a Desert Type Place, And In Ep8 I’m Like What Happened to The Fight. Like Did I Miss an Ep or something, like I’m very confused. I came up with my reasons of why it’s like this
1: Accidentally Released A Wrong Ep
2: quarantine Affecting The Way Ep Come Out Cause Of Workers getting Sick or something Along Those Lines.
That’s About It And if it is number ...

  • Good start, then turns too rubbish.
Dont bother watching this, youll get invested then massively let down by the sharp delcine in story, etc after 3 episodes. I really liked the start of this show, and now its just trash, and I like alot of the fairly "trash" iseakai shows too. I rarely write a reviuew but I couldnt not tell people to avoid this. It may yet improve and save itself, but curreently it is garbage. 0/10 story ...

  • Starts out ok ... but meh.
It starts out ok, a bit boring and cringy, but there are good bits at the beginning ... but quickly peters out into Meh.

It's fast-paced and choppy with its storytelling, starts out promising that the main character uses his magic for everyday uses ... but focuses on adventuring and monster slaying, and rarely focuses on any day-to-day use, ever.

The only good bit is with the main character ...
