    Astonishingly Amazing ANIME!
I loved this anime series and dreamed of this anime making more seasons to see more of it. The show grabbed me by the 3 episode and gets me really hooked and caused me to ask myself many questions since not even halfway through the season..... overall if you like action, mystery, magic, (and lolicon). This anime is for you!

    good OST/entertaining
First off if you have never seen this show allow me give you fair warning. The male MC is so dense it's almost unreal, the female MC is borderline Tsundere. What I enjoyed most about Tokyo ravens was the soundtrack. With catchy beats and electronic sounds, I find the OST memorable. That said what the show lacks is adequate use of suspense, and an overly OP MC. This show is not or those looking for ...

An entertaining foray into a world where magic exists
The world is pretty much the same as ours, but in this world humans learned to use magic. This anime doesn't really break new ground, but it does a solid job in most respects. The art is better than average. The animation ranges from average to above average depending on the scene. Some CG is used, but while it looks a bit clunky it doesn't ruin the show. While most of the characters fall into ...

    An Interesting World
I just watched this more or less in a couple of days, so I can't argue by any means that it is a boring series.

The series starts off by introducing you to a modern-day looking Tokyo, but where spiritual magic is apparently widely used and using it is an accepted profession. Our main characters enter a school setting, and from there we're introduced to a lot of typical - but well executed - ...

Ends in the middle of the story; great while it lasts!
Up front, you need to be warned that the first (and thus far only) season corresponds with volumes 1-9 of the light novel series. As of this date, 15 novels have been released, so you should not expect a satisfying conclusion.

That having been said, what you will get is a great show with fairly deep characters, a well planned story arc, some light romance, a lot of battles (expect each ...

  • A good anime. Just not great.
It's sickly sweet at times, and kind of funny. You will be able to predict most of the "big reveals" within the first two or three episodes. It was fine. Left me wanting a bit more. Mostly world building and exposition that I wanted more of. I watched all of it, so it wasn't boring. It just wasn't satisfying.
