Starts average, gets better, then crashes and burns.
This series takes a lot of inspiration from other larger and more successful anime. Shows like Bleach, Dragon Ball, Naruto etc... It tries, sometimes quite successfully to have it's own style... But nothing it does it really remarkable. The story is cliche but passable, the action... passable but nothing fantastic. The humor can be pretty good at times though.

Sadly what stands out is the last ...

Definitely Exorcist and Hints of Romance
The beginning maybe a little slow and weird, especially considering how the main protagonist looks but once you continue thru the story the plot gets better and you find this to be a great anime. I am not one to write reviews, but I find it worthy of my time. I like how unlike any anime before it, it gives you the exorcist supernatural feel with hints of the protagonists having feelings for each ...

Once you enter, you can't stop thinking of it.
This show speaks for itself giving you no room to catch a breath, from the moment you enter you are gripped into a thriller past and thrown into a deep story line in which 2 characters meet as a part of fate and are thrown into a depth-defying future that can only be described as humorous, and dangerous. By watching each other and yet avoiding each other, this shows the truth behind friendship, ...

a review by some guy on the internet
If am to put my opinions on this show into words they would be these this show isn't a show that some people might like but I like it. Honestly I think this a perfect show for me. I predicted somethings that happened but other times I was surprised. That's very general but honestly I don't know what more to say

Nothing to see here, move along.
It looks pretty, but that is about it. MC kun is supposed to be haunted by a tragic past: he'll NEVER fight again! Instead of exploring themes of PTSD and overcoming adversity, he just gets over it. This immediately sinks any promise of character development he could possibly have had. Despite screaming about how he'll never be an exorcist again (while living and eating for free in an exorcist ...

    Amazing but could be better!
    PLZ READ ALL!!!!!
Really good show but some problems I feel are that they started off the show over powered and then in no time they are really weak. I wished they showed more training and bonding together faster. The story moves really slow yada yada. As well as that sae girl she just pissed me off..........
But anyway move the story along fast and try to portray the 2 more as a couple, ...

    Twin stars actually get 3.
There is nothing particularly essential about this show that makes it a must watch. However, it's not entirely unlikable either. The combat is mostly a series of calling out the name of a move (which is then bracketed across the screen in case you missed it) followed by a flying punch, flying kick, or energy blast. The plot and battle progression is very formulaic. So if you are looking for ...

Two characters with many flaws that are forced to be together.
I started watching Twin Star Exorxists on the first day it was aired. There will be some spoilers in this review. The concept of this animé an action shonen with Rokuro Enmado who although a very strong exorcism but refuses to be one and Benio Adashin from Kyoto who is considered to be one of two of the strongest exercisers for her age. They do most of their battles initially in a parallel would ...

Really good story, and action, but with a few flaws.
I really like the story of this anime, it shows how characters have to work together in the end, and shows exactly how weak characters can be, and the amount of effort they must put in to become stronger. I am really tired of OP characters just beating all enemies in sight quickly, and without much effort. This anime is more realistic with it, and has our two main characters trying seriously hard ...

    It Just takes a bit...
I'd say I've watched a fair amount of anime so let's assume i know what i'm talking about. Basically the story start very cliche and there are a few moments when you think "man the character is really stupid to do that", or that "wow shouldn't they have learned something by now?". Well from where i see it, its just a really really slow plot, the characters develop slower than everyone would like ...
