  • Slow start, gets better, and then it becomes a korean drama...
Like the title said. The show started off slow but with potential. As the series progresses, the characters and plot gets better. Very cool concept except its a little too familiar to other animes. And right now it's starting to become a korean drama about two teenagers. Kind of cheesy and too tacky at this point to be honest.

  • Good as a stand alone
I'm reading the manga and when I found out about the anime I thought I'd give it a shot. At first Rokuro reminded me of Naruto with him being so loud and obnoxious but he grows up and is slightly calmer. Benio was the strong exterior/fragile mind complex going which was a good refresher since she came like that straight from the beginning. It was slow at times then at the end it felt rushed for ...

A Wholly Generic Show, Through and Through
    *Possible Spoilers Ahead*

Twin Star Exorcists is the epitome of your generic action/adventure shounen, stuffed full with every cliché in the book. Brooding protagonist with a dark past? Check. Said protagonist wants to be the strongest [insert title]? Check. Constant flashbacks, ridiculously named magic/attacks/special moves, and yelling someone's name 50 times in an episode? Check, ...

  • Fight Monsters + Teenage Romance + ???? = Twin Star Exorcists
Twin Star Exorcists is an interesting anime, it's got great visual style with how the characters user their power, how flash backs are handled, overall the visuals are what make this show stand out greatly. I started watching this because of the neat visual style, I kept watching it because well the story is a great popcorn anime that is interesting enough to keep you watching.

    The show does a ...

  • This Show is Neither Bad or Amazing, it is Just in the Middle
This show is fairly long, a lot longer than I thought. It's not a bad show, but there were some things I felt like they could have done with the 50 episodes. I wanted to learn more about the 12 guardians and there pasts, a little bit more reflection time between the two main protagonists, more about the evil brother, etc. I felt like the world was a lot smaller and would have liked to had that ...

  • AWESOME STORY LINE AND ETC
A very well written love story of a beauty and the beast. The ending was a little rushed but it all made sense in the end. The story is good and I like how they describe fighting and battle in the end. That is if episode 50 was the end loolll. Some of us need to remember what we are fighting for, daily...

  • Very enjoyable. Worth the watch
Well done story with decent progression. Worth the watch. As with most anime nowadays, it tends to frequently flash back to clips of previous episodes which is a bit of a draw back, but it's not bad enough to take away from the overall story. The comic ended up going in a vastly different direction, so if you have seen the show or read the comic, you should start the other from the beginning; ...

  • cookie meets cutter.
watched the first dozen or so episodes, originally going into it anticipating the cookie cutter status that it holds. then it just kept going, and going. havent really found anything compelling or stand out enough to make it justify as many episodes as have been made. while i cant claim any familiarity with the manga or anything like that i just feel a 12 episode single season is all this anime ...
