    unwatchable for new viewers
coming into this as a new viewer was a huge mistake. the first episode makes it quite clear that its not intended for new viewers, and more of a continuation of the original show. makes it impossible for me to find any enjoyment out of it . abit of a shame, because at the first glance i laid on the show, it seemed pretty fun, but i looks to me that they are banking really hard on the nostalgia ...

I really wish they just ended it.
Seriously it's like they only made this series to milk whatever nostalgia people still had for this anime. I mean come on.. Rainbow pearls? The main trio had these in their possession and none of them (except Moroha) knew about it. Also a butterfly that could eat your dreams and make you lose memories? How does Moroha know about this? How did NONE of the cast back then feel afraid about this ...

  • I'VE WAITED 10 YEARS FOR THIS
I'VE WAITED ABOUT 10 YEARS FOR THIS. Words can't explain how happy I am to finally be able to see my favorite childhood anime return with this new story. The wave of nostalgia that hits with the animation and style just hits right in the feels. I can't wait to see how this story plays out. Please bring the og crew back!

  • Definitely not Boruto
Restored my faith in sequel series again. Yashahime has been good and looks like it will only get better, without destroying the character development of OG cast as far as we know. I've had "Boruto anxiety" ever since Boruto the series aired, so it was really hard to start watching this show, let alone watch it without expecting every moment to deeply disappoint. But we fans were treated well ...

  • Character's are interesting
If I were to choose one character from this anime it would be Setsuna. Because she's a humanitarian. I think what compels me is the daughters of Inuyasha and Kagome, and Sesshomaru and I'm glad to see some characters from Inuyasha in this series. And I love how the animation is true alike the original anime.

    FINALLY WE GET SOME INUYASHA!!!
I am sooooo happy with this anime! If you were Inuyasha fan you will love this!!! ahh I have so many questions already! I feel so impatient waiting for the next episode lol But the wait is honestly worth it!!! I just hope it doesn't disappoint like Boruto did .. I have high expectations for this anime, to be just as good (or even better) than Inuyasha

    As perfectly average as Inuyasha
It is actually impressive how spot on they made this show. It feels like Inuyasha in every way: the bland writing and the very basic story, the acceptably okay and/or passable characters (with Moroha being the best of the bunch and go as far as being slightly above average), the sometimes comically bad fight scenes that manage to be good enough to not be annoyed by, the profoundly ...

  • A refreshing continuation
I love InuYasha, as it has all of my likes in one show, feudal Japan, demons, magic swords, etc. YashaHime is greatly welcomed because it is a continuation of a show I have so much adoration for. It may mirror some aspects of the original work, but I'm enjoying watching the story flesh out each week. Anyone who loved/loves InuYasha will love this show, as well.

    More InuYasha = :)!
Many years after the events of Inuyasha, Sesshōmaru's daughter Towa is separated from her younger twin sister Setsuna and gets stranded in the modern era, where she is adopted into Kagome Higurashi's family.

Ten years later, Towa is reunited with Setsuna, who came to the modern time through the power of the Tree of Ages. During their separation, Setsuna became a demon-slayer working under ...
