    Beautiful Show, Many Tears Shed
I came into this show knowing it would be a sad one, but I didn't know what the story would be. All I wanted was for something emotional, and beautiful. Something that could make me cry and this really delivered. Watching the characters progress, yet return to the past was really moving to me. I really do love this anime.

I'm not crying, I've just been cutting onions. I'm making a lasagna....for one.
    MENMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What this show manages to do in just 11 episodes... I can't even put it to words. You will feel every emotion on the feels-train, from engine to caboose. I managed to make it through 10 episodes without breaking down. However, that last episode...the emotions just keep coming and coming until they burst through my resolve. I dare you to do better.

If you are looking for a ...

    Amazingly Beautiful...
This show was so beautiful and is a sad story but once you get to the end... tears start to flow... I don't know why but I enjoy anime's that make me cry... like Toradora and The Pet Girl of Sakurasou and many others that just make the feels come as shivers down my spine and tears down my face...

I still hold up it as an example...
REALLY good. People say it's emotional like Clannad, but I went through the entire anime without shedding a tear. Until the end of course, then I bawled like a child. Beautiful story, happy ending (as much as can be expected). Amazing what they did with only 11 episodes at their disposal.

I have to emphasize that last part. So many animes get crammed into 12 episodes, and almost always the ...

    A Melodrama Done Right
Anohana is one of those rare anime's that takes a genre that's often misused by anime creators or hated by the community, and makes is right. It will have you start feeling for the characters from episode one, and may even have you in tears in the first episode. But I guarantee you, that you will be hit hard by the time this series ends. I even start to feel like crying simply by thinking about ...

    Impossible to forget
Anohana jumps into the realm of anime that is very atypical. It was sad and yet refreshing. It was calm and yet bold. I've watched hundreds, if not thousands of anime growing up, and this is one of the very few that if you mentioned the name, I would remember immediately what it was. It left a lasting impression on my emotions. A true work of art.

The story centers itself on the life of a young ...

Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day
I'd like to start off by saying, no matter what, you should give Anohana a try. I feel that no mater what genre may be you're favorite, you will end up enjoying this. However, if you're mostly into mech and action and only watch those, this may not be the anime for you. If you love anime with drama and romance, and some comedy, this is perfect for you. Anohana has 11 episodes in total. Although ...

Anohana: A Touching Story About Overcoming Tragedy
This is a wonderful anime that explores the effects of tragedy, and how to cope with loss. It doesn’t use the power of tragedy and death to make you cry — it uses the power of nostalgia to move you. While these emotions are not as intense as Clannad After Story’s, I guarantee that you will cry many times over the course of this anime. Overall, this anime is great, beautiful, and definitely worth ...

ugh jUST ugh my heart mayn
I did not expect the floodstorm of water that seemed to empty themselves from the ducts of my eyes. Like naw dude. The concept is simple and cute, making sure to drop in the perfect amount of sweet childhood nostalgia to supplement. However, when it wants to pack a punch, it packs a punch. I did not expect at all for an ending to a shoujo-ish anime to be so... unforeseen. I mean, you have to know ...

It got me. And it was beautiful.
It made me cry. I know that a lot of people have said that already, but it's true. This anime really grabbed me more than any I have seen so far. Seeing the characters tear up made me do the same every time. I don't know how they did it.
    Really good anime...
