    Official Lakewatch Review
I can't tell if this is a really good anime or a really bad one. The amount of Pandering in this anime is simply unacceptable for any respectable anime.

First lets cover the story. The story is Inuyasha or Fushugi Yugi (they were the same anime, boys watched inuyahsa and girls watch fushugi) and this one is definitely made for boys. Considering the leader of the back in time group has a suit ...

not what i thought it would be
when i looked at the pic i was thinking that it would be something like Sekirei. lots of boob bouncing shots. so far i am pleased that there has been very little. there has only been two ep. so it can always change to that, hope not.

the story is about a normal girl form 2011 that is sent into a alternate past full of women. i would think that it would be fan service just from that. the point ...

An Otaku's look at Battle Girls - Time Paradox
The following is a First Look from my blog Ultimateotaku.com

This world’s Oda Nobunaga is gathering the legendary Crimson Armor so she can rule the world, and for some reason needs Hideyoshi’s ...

    Entertaining Enough.
I found so many things that annoyed me watching this, but still had to finish watching it.
It is certainly made for boys. Big bouncing breasts in very small out-fits.
I'm wondering if there will be a sequel as the ending seem to be left open enough to carry on.

    Something different for a change
The series was very good. It was definitely a different telling to the the time line featured. I hope that they release a second season because i would definitely watch it. I recommend watching it even if just for a little historical information.

    Battle Girls: A Review
So after reading the mixed reviews on this, I wasn't entirely sure whether to give this show a try or not. Luckily, I get bored easily and have nothing to do most of the time, so I decided to sit down and give it a go.

I watched all 13 episodes in one day.

Now please bear in mind that even though I'm a girl, I despise the majority of shoujo animes. The protagonist is always the same; ...

  • Better Than You'd Think
Battle Girls: Time Paradox isn't going to make you think and it's not going to make you cry. But it will probably make you laugh, and really, that's what it wants to do. Yes, sure, it's loaded with moe and every character has monsterous cleavage that almost bursts out of their extremely impractical suits of armor. But unlike many anime's that take this kind of storytelling seriously, Battle Girls ...

    Interesting but not overly memorable
While I found the series having some interest, I still struggled to get into it as a whole.

Those who have watched shows like Fushigi Yugi will feel at home in this series, where a girl named Yoshino "Hideyoshi" Hide is magically transported back to Feudal Japan. The only difference is, all the cast are female (thus, Time Paradox).

You'll have your comedy, your serious moments, and even a ...

It's good in making the time pass by.
I liked this series, somehow. It contains comedy, romance and a made up history but with using some basic parts. Pretty lovely and enjoying. The whole entertainment is located in the battle itself beside the pervy sage dog with his weird jokes.
