    Terrible. Waste of time.
This anime was good until episode 5-7. Then it got boring and all you hear is "logic" this and "logic" that. If you're the type that likes to watch Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Hunter X Hunter, Sword Art Online, do not watch this anime. It will be very boring to you.

    decent but confusing
Blast of Tempest has memorable characters, impressive soundtrack, character development, and plenty of action to keep you entertained. However, the main plot can be a bit confusing. Even with this, it is still worth checking out.

    Story Told Well!!!!!!
Blast of Tempest got me glued to the computer screen from the very start. The characters where so well placed with the right personalities and the voice acting was well done. Although i didn't get sleep the past two nights with the "just one more episode" lie i tell myself every anime i'm interested in...
    it was worth the watch.
The story will keep you wanting to watch more, with a mystery ...

Better than most teen magic and sorcery anime
This one actually manages to have a decent plot that ends well and without that frustrating "Huh, what just happened?" feeling so many anime leave us with. There is also an element of sweetness and melancholic tragedy underlying the necessary romance between the typical bishonen and bijin archetypes that makes the romantic side of this story more palatable. Compares well to the better entries in ...

A favorite, and one of the best I've seen
This was an anime I wasn't expecting to turn out so well, since when my friend had brought up it was related to Shakespeare, and I hate to admit it, I felt reluctant, after he had said that, to watch this anime. However, and this might be because of that reluctance, this anime exceeded most of my expectations of what a great show in general would need.

The story continuously pushed forward ...

    Hard to watch x'cccc
I had to force myself to finish this series, i guess it's not for everyone. The characters are just….. Blerggh i did not like them very much, i would have to say the best thing bout this is the music.

Season 1 is better than season 2
Okay, let me start by saying that this show will suck you in!! The artwork, smooth frames, appropriate voice acting, it all comes together so naturally that initially it will be blow you away on sheer asthetics alone. I won't go into crazy details about the plot (there are plenty of other reviews like that already) But here goes a very brief synopsis.

Revolving around two friend Mahiro and ...

  • Possibly the best of its season
Blast of Tempest drew me in with the art style; at first, the story is not that compelling or intriguing, and it is set up like a fairly standard "something bad is happening -> defeat an enemy to fix it" shonen adventure formula. The character designs are cool, but their personalities don't bring anything new to the table. For the first few episodes, although wider themes are alluded to, nothing ...

    The means vs the end
The show started off excellent. The artwork is unlike most of the mainstream-styles, and the animation is smooth and action packed, at least at the start. What may seem to be another shounen-action show, later becomes completely centered around romance with loads of philosophical banter. The first few episodes of action reeled in an action-audience for a romance show of eighteen-some episodes that ...

    Pretty spectacular, 4.5
I'm not even sure where to start. This is an amazing anime. It's unique, inventive, props to whoever came up with the plot, because I was seriously mind blown. I hardly kept up with the logic of it all, but despite that I still enjoyed the show. The character development was phenomenal, which is what I attribute to the success of the show. From the first few episodes there was a solid foundation ...
