    Incredible Potential to Incredible Disappointment
Blue Exorcist introduces its world with a pilot packed with thrilling suspense incurring curiosity and excitement in the viewers. Although its title may suggest a hint of play on religion, it is surprisingly without religious mythology, folklore, etc. In addition, when the climax builds and the story becomes more action and less plot, it certainly does not fail to deliver. Blue Exorcist was a ...

Blue Exorcist- The Magical Adventures of Alternate Universe Natsu Dragneel, and his brother, Harry Potter
General Thoughts: Blue Exorcist is an interesting anime. It is definitely a shounen anime, and it has many of the clichés associated with the genre, however, if you are not annoyed by that, it is a good series. Not great or amazing, but enjoyable.
Story: The series starts out following the manga fairly well. Rin discovers that he is the son of Satan and witnesses the ...

    Fascinating yet hilarious
It's a very entertaining show. Having the son of satan as the main protagonist and satan as the antagonist. The thing that most encouraged me to continue watching this was the fact that rin, being a demon, wanted to become an exorcist. I'd at least expect him to side with his father, because they both have the same power. The story has its ups and downs and i believe that the way they planned out ...

    incredibly exciting and funny
This anime is everything an anime is suppose to be. It has action, humor, bonding moments, and even the big/little brother drama. It blends all these characteristic into a anime that you can't forget. Especially since there are not many animes that have similar story lines.

One thing i know for sure. It is always the good shows that get cancelled or discontinued. I would have loved to see more.

    My favorite anime!!!
I fell in love with Blue Exorcist from the first episode. The fact that Rin tries so hard to be good even though he has everyone and everything going against him is just heartwarming. It shows the power of friendship in a non-cheesy way, with plenty of action to satisfy the crowd.

    I enjoyed every episode
Typical high school setting except it's way more exciting than a regular high school; it's an academy for becoming exorcists!!

This anime kind of feels similar to Soul Eater but it still has its own unique storyline. I thoroughly enjoyed this anime and I also enjoyed the movie as well.

One of the best I've ever seen
Blue Exorcist or Ao no Exorcist is one of the best animes I've ever seen, right up there with FMAB. The thing I like most about Blue Exorcist is how it incorporates "Heaven" and "Hell" and uses the seperate universes to base the story off of. I've always liked stories like this, in D.Gray-Man and Hellsing too. The concept of the devil's children was very interesting and I would get chills every ...

    DOES NOT FOLLOW MANGA
I really REALLY enjoyed this anime! Started out amazing, but ended a bit... Ok, so, for those of you who have read the manga, you might be a bit disappointed. At first, the anime exclusive plot elements were subtle, but episodes 18-25 took a whole different path from the manga setting. I can't say much without spoiling, and being vague may make what I'm trying to say confusing, but I thought I'd ...
