    It's not that bad...
Decent short animations, although I wish they were longer. The characters are ok as well as their personalities/characteristics. The animation is pretty rough, as I feel like I'm watching something made by Newgrounds members. But I will say that I really like the story, and I'll root for a second season.

I've also noticed the heavy criticism on this series. Seriously, it's not that bad.

    Short, but hilarious
This show really makes you feel for those crazy Osakans who always get poked fun of these days. Hitting on just about every stereotype there is, this series teaches us about the importance of cultural identity and acceptance... I think? Or maybe it just pokes more fun at Osaka.

Watching it did give me the feeling, though, that rather than giving Osaka characters accents resembling ones from the ...

  • Not as bad as people might think.
Once you get passed the god awful flash animation the story get's interesting and funny. Although some people might think it is horrible because of the animation and the incestuous jokes the main character tells in the beginning.

    Just watch it.

I'm usually not a fan of 4 min Comedy..
So, there haven't been too many short panel comedy that I've actually laughed at. However, This had me laughing quite a bit.
The basis is completely cultural, and the premise of the series is the differences between Kansai people and Tokyo. It's not original, but this pulls it off very well for me. I've known some people from Kansai and Tokyo. The stories go off a brother and sister duo ...

A More Clean, Japanese version of South Park?
I'm not one who cares for colloquial differences that knock one another as a joke. Nor do I care much for animators that decide to take huge short-cuts in actively making something that they hope is watch-worthy. This series did nothing but turn me off to it within the first few episodes. If you're into that sort of thing, enjoy.

  • Wow, Crunchyroll is showing this extremely-esoteric-for-non-Japanese comedy!!
As I know Osaka, I LOLed, but most people won't understand it. It's very esoteric. Every Japanese says what's funniest about this is the ENDING, which is different for each episode. Especially the difficulty lies in "Tsukkomi", a reply to a joke, which doesn't even have a English Wikipedia entry despite the fact that it's critical for any Japanese comedy and manzai.

  • Short, funny, and a little interesting.
If you enjoy cultural differences, good music, and animated shorts, then check it out. This show isn't meant to be some amazing, serious anime, so I'm not going to review it like one. I usually take shows for what it's worth and this is no exception. So, if you like stupid jokes, good music, cultural differences, and animated shorts, give it a shot. However, if you are trying to find something in ...

This is a really fun show
This is a fun show. If you enjoy animted shorts, silly humor, and regional/cultural differences, then you'll enjoy this. The animation can be a little herky-jerky, but that just gives it a very limited-animation feel. Makes me a bit nostalgic.

I like it, thats how it is
The reason im giving this five stars is because im not going to be a huge douche and critic every little thing. OK look the art is not amazing and the stories are sort of stupidfunny the songs at the end are amazing, and I like it because it short at only 3 min. This to me was not made to be some super serious anime so I take it for what its worth a silly time killing anime that will grow on you.

    Worst Informational Program Ever
An informational show on accents with incestuous jokes thrown in and a horrible bathroom song added at the end basically sums up the entire first episode. I doubt the rest of the series is going to get any better than this cheesy mess. The girl's singing was probably the best part of the whole show and even that was lame. If you can learn anything from this, it'd be about Japanese culture and ...
