    Wonderful Story...Wish there was More!
Btooom! will scratch that SAO/ Accel World itch, while speaking to some deeply mature themes around survival, sex and loss. While, I very much enjoyed the episodes available, Btooom! ends so abruptly that I would caution getting too attached to the characters or story.

  • Dark, but good at the same time.
The concept of a bomb only combat game really didn't interest me at first, I thought it'd be pretty boring. But I was really wrong, Btoom is one of the better series I've seen in a while. Not only was I wrong on, but the bomb only concept actually really adds to it.

The only negatives I'll say about it is that it's pretty dark at points, people get blown up obviously. But that's not what bugged ...

It's similar to SAO and Mirai Nikki but also quite different
BTOOOM! is similar to SAO in the fact that they are trapped against their will on a remote island. Everything takes place in the real world though.

On this island, random people must become murderers and kill each other with different types of bombs to collect these chips. Once capturing 7 chips, the person is free to go. The setup is similar to the game of life and death in Mirai Nikki, ...

Final conclusion: Good, but may not be PG. Needs a season two.
This show is definitely great if you don't mind darker themes. The show's plot is interesting- with someone taking a game that involves killing another with bombs, kidnapping people, and throwing them on an island. Basically, theses players are in a live or die situation. The only thing stopping me from giving this a perfect score is there is no season two (however I believe I read that they are ...

    worth watching??????
I am a big fan of these type of shows. They always show the dark twisted of humanity in ways that make you think "wtf would I do if I were him/her". The only down side I found with this story is the whining, But I guess that's a little bit expected when you get put into a situation like these people were.

Over all this was decently well done. The graphics aren't to shabby, the story line has ...

    BTOOOM! needs a season 2
Great anime that unfortunately didn't get the attention it deserved and will probably never get a season 2 but regardless i highly recommend. It's kinda like gantz but much tamer or battle royal but better

Not a masterpiece, but worth watching
I normally watch anime that has magic in it or something that is not familiar to the knowledge of humans living today. But, I gave this one a try and completed watching it without stopping until the end. Watch the first two episodes and decide for yourself if you want to watch it or not. I mean, there are only a dozen episodes
