Chi's Sweet Home - Chi's New Address

I loved this series. Yes, it is the second series of Chi's Sweet Home, but it is still awesome.

Chi: Best character. She's playful, fun and is always hyper (:
Yohei: Chi and Yohei have a special bond. They love each other!
Mom & Dad: Chi tortures them XD, not on purpose though. She plays around and tracks in mud, scratched up the furniture... etc.

There are lots of other characters but i don't wanna spoil it!

As you may suspect, the "Chi's New Address" part of the title indicates that Chi has had previous antics. However, I was able to enjoy this anime with no problems even though I never saw the first series.

This series is about Chi, a cute kitty who does cute kitty things with his family and neighbors. The series has this name because Chi's owners have to move due to their current apartment not allowing pets. Luckily for those of us who never saw the original, this means that most of the characters are new and we don't have to worry about having missed much.

One of my pet peeves is that they don't bother with subtitles on the opening song. The episodes are 3 minutes long and the intro takes 30 seconds - that's essentially 1/6 of the series, and they can't be bothered to put the subtitles in? But they do finally give a translation on the last episode. I found the intro song to be catchy, your milage may vary.

Overall, it's pretty good. And you can let your kids watch without having to worry about inappropriate content.

This is best for anyone who enjoys having pets and to know what it feels like losing them and having fun along the way!

Storyline: Chi's New Address has a sweet and simple storyline, it's very easy to watch.
Music: The intro theme is fun and energetic, but it does get a little old after a while as it's the same song through the entire series.
Characters: All of the characters are sweet and lovable in their own ways, and Chi is absolutely adorable.
Animation: The animation is cute, simple, and clean. There's not a huge amount of details, but it makes it really easy to watch.

Overall: I really liked watching this series. The episodes are short, so you can watch them pretty much anytime you want. The lack of heavy, complicated content makes it easy to watch without having to try and keep up with too much. It seems to be directed towards children, but I found it relaxing to watch regardless. I would recommend it if you're looking for something cute and casual to watch.

Chi's Sweet Home is the cutest anime I've seen. Chi is hilarious and there are some very touching moments. The episodes are short, but the stories are always good and keep you wanting to know what she'll do next. I think anyone who's ever had a pet will enjoy this!

this is chi's second anime series. and i luv it!!! ^^ chi is a everyday cat just looking for adventure, and this anime really show it. the character, plot, and art came out perfect. if ur a cat lover, or not, this anime is for you ^^

I just LOVED chis new address!!! It was epic and even though the episodes were less than like, five minutes i couldn't get it out of my head for weeks!!!!! Even the theme song is lovable. The characters are awesome and the plot is slightly repetitive but i know i really loved it. (: This is a wonderful series for cat lovers and its pretty good overall.

short. good. entertaining.

best parts are when chi is talking and the humans are saying something else.

even better is the plot, it carry's threw without you needing to know what happened 20 eps ago.

Chi's Sweet home is about a kitten who gets separated from her mother and is adopted by the Yamadas. It is very cute, and is very hilarious, seeing the world from an curious and energetic kitten's point of view. Whether you're a cat-lover, or a dog-lover, or even a bird-lover, this show has something for almost all animal lovers. If you watch one comedy anime, you should watch Chi's Sweet Home.
