An imaginative episodic space opera.

Cobra is a lot of fun. It's an imaginative space opera with an action hero reminiscent of some characters from the science fiction magazines of the fifties. The music is atmospheric and the animation is cartoon inspired, perfect for the story. A bunch of anime like Cobra would be a drag, but there's only one. Now many stories have strong, overbearing female protagonists (LOL)-- you won't find them here: Cobra is manly; it will have you smoking cigars. And oh yeah, you'll love that psychogun.

For starters i like this shows style laid back not to gritty and not too cute. Cobra himself is well ha ha entertaining has a bran too something i normally do not see in this type of character. The agent lady i am unsure of due to some flash backs and i just find it creepy she looks exactly like his old gf or whatever; it may even play a part in the show later we will see. The music is jazzy really takes one to that super gum shoe feel. I would however like to see more of the lady on cobra's ship wanna know whats her story; i hope this show will continue on.. Character art though is old style gives me a astroboy or almost samurai troopers feel
