    Surprised! Really recommend you watch.
Usually it takes me a few episodes to get into an anime, so I watch at least 5 episodes... maybe more if I'm kind of starting to like it. Durarara has already made me curious, and I was disappointed when it ended. I have great expectations for this anime. Right now, really awesome.

Rah! Rah! Durarara! - first three episodes
This show has the potential to be a classic. But...

It took them three loosely connected episodes to get to the point of the series, and this is a Winter series, so it's likely to only be 12 or 13 episodes long. So as fascinating as the storyline might be so far, my worry is whether they'll have enough episodes to tell all (or even most) of the story threads they've started. This could easily ...

    Pleasantly Surprised
I'm not normally a fan of anything that moves without a head, but this anime caught my attention the first episode and kept it there (at least until the 4th episode, which was what is currently available to me, and I can't wait to watch the next episode.

I would write more, but the person below has provided a good enough information, that I don't see the need to.

    I initially started watching ...

    the animated series "Durarara".
A guy from a rural town goes to the city and his friend tells what dangers to avoid and places to go, things to see and do. As your watching the first episode, you see stuff going on that's not quite normal. I won't spoil it for you. You have to watch it. Enjoy!

    DURARARA (TaDaShI_S.A)
I really fell in love with this anime though time by time it didn't really make any sense at all then again it does in a way that some people can relate to. Something that I don't like is when in this anime they "GO-OFF-TRACK" of the main storyline, no wait, what ACTUALLY is the story line in the first place?! Starts of with the main character, then it starts to feel that Celty is the main ...

    Grate anime!!!!!!!!!
The animation is extremely good. They use a dark yet colorful feel to capture the feeling of Tokyo, and the character design makes it feel that much more real. The Voice acting is really good to. The acting seems to take a more real approach rather then go all out yelling like most. This adds to the feel the anime is wanting.

Rah rah, Ah ah ah, Durarara!
I decided to give this anime a chance, and fell in love with it.

First off, the storyline is jumbled mess in a good way. Each character, which have a story of their own, have a string that ties to every other character. You know how the reader/watcher always seem to know more than the characters? Well, that doesn't happen here, it seems the characters, especially Izaya, know a little ...

    Losing my head over Durarara!
I don't usually review an anime until I've watched the final episode but I'm loving Durarara so much I had to share!

It's one of the more bizarre anime experiences that's for sure. Teenagers trying to survive the rough Ikebukuro life. Not your average highschool anime fluff either! Throw in some incredibly dodgy individuals fighting for rank as top dog in the 'bukuro, a corrupt pharmacutical ...
