Originally, Erina Mano performed as a Hello!Pro Egg dancer for the main groups of Hello!Project (Morning Musume, C-ute, Berryz Koubou). Within a year, she becomes incorporated with the H!P unit Ongaku Gatas (2007) and after another year, a solo artist (2008)! I personally learned about Erina Mano and her work during her career as a solo artist, but I found it interesting and charming to share that she had very humble beginnings prior to going solo! Enough with the past and lets talk about her career of being a solo artist ^_^!
Erina Mano, a promising Idol! She contains beauty, charm, elegance, energy (GENKIII =D), and many other explainable or unexplainable characteristics that captivate her audiences. When watching her videos, her smile and expressions radiates with innocence, kindness, and grace, it just fills your heart with warmth to see her dedication and sincerity with her work to provide her supporters with the best of her abilities. Aside from being the main talent on screen of her music videos, she also radiates of an "older sister" aura towards her Hello!Pro Egg back-up dancers. She definitely has a good relationship with them. Another captivating feature she delivers is that she plays the piano, yeah!
(I must add that I don't know what the lyrics of her songs translates to as I use my feelings to enjoy her songs hehehe ^_^;;)
Feeling the need of peace and harmony, try listening to her songs, "Manopiano", "Otome no Inori", or "Hajimete no Keiken". "Manopiano" provides simplicity but delivers serenity. My personal favorite of the three is "Hajimete no Keiken". When listening to that song, I feel that I'm surfing the oceans and skies with blissful delight! "Love & Peace = Paradise" is a very cute song in an up-beat style, while "Kono Mune no Tokimeki wo" is also a cute but mellower style song, a bit saddening also, both are an instant heart melt! "Sekai wa Summer Party" is a great song! Its filled with fun and delight (your summer better be a party after listening to this song haha jk =P, well maybe not ;D ). The two singles "Haru no Arashi" and "Onegai Dakara..." asserted a cooler Erina Mano. The prior song provided an elegant, innocent, and graceful Erina Mano, but these two songs made her look soo Kakkoii (Cool). And ah... her recent single yeesshh >=D,"Genkimono de Ikou!", well lets... see a word to describe it hmm..... ENERGY!!!!! (GENKII YAH!). Haha forgive me there, listening to the song while typing this review have caused me to use the caps lock button O_o. Anyways ^_^... "Genkimono de Ikou!" is a very upbeat and energetic song. Feeling down, shove a "Genkimono de Ikou!" to your ear and all is good ;P. I personally listen to this song when I find myself in a dark spot in school work or life in general (but not only "Genkimono de Ikou!", all of her other songs also!). There is nothing better than watching a charming girl ordering a guy in a red suit to slap people in the face.
Although each song could have been emphasized even more, I will say, you will not go wrong in trying out her songs! I could only use X amount of words to describe her music, but only in listening to her music will hopefully let the reader understand on how I feel or how her other supporters feel towards her work, just pure fun, energy, bliss, elegance, sincerity, and ultra satisfaction!
Erina Mano, you are a wonderful artist who cares for your supporters, it definitely shows as your always do your best in each single/concert you perform! Looking forward for your future works and your continue rise to fame, there's only forward for you!
