  • an exceptional anime
This series is bold, clever, emotional, and lacking the cheesy nonsense and flat characters like it's "not to be named" other half. I mean, if this was not relevant to that show and this were it's own thing this could have been a perfect anime. But it is and the ending of this show is a victim to the common prequel syndrome. Leaving that aside this truly was an awesome experience that i recommend ...

  • People Die If Killed
Mature anime fan? Haven't watched this yet? Watch it now! The animation, the sound, the tone, the story, the characters, the interplay, and the action is all top notch. 99+ reviews and mine is no different, you really should give Fate Zero a try. Unlike Fate/ Stay Night, or other, various spin offs, Fate Zero doesn't require any former knowledge of TYPE MOON's excellent visual novel to enjoy.

  • Fate/zero .
Really, I think this deserves like a 4.5 out of five, but there isn't that option so I'm sticking with four as far as stars go.

Overall I liked the anime as a whole; you had the characters you knew were bad, the ones you knew where good (or mostly good,) and then you had the ones in between. The animation was beautifully done, the fight scenes well scripted and designed, and the background ...

  • Epic Fantasy in modern times
This is the kind of anime we're lucky to get maybe once a year (or less) one that is truly exciting to watch and gets you hooked on episode after episode. It has a very slow start- this is the first time I've seen an anime kick off with a 47 minute feature- it's mostly a huge data dump but it prepares you (if you can keep track of all the names and faces) for the battles ahead without needing to ...

Awesome anime, though there were some holes I couldn't really figure out. I think the show assumes the viewer already knows some basics and fails to explain everything all the way through, but it never takes away from the story. Other than that, the characters are amazing and so is the plot. I will definitely be looking into the Fate/Stay night.

    The Holy Grail Wars!
What can I say on this anime beside it is amazing, from the beginning you get a great plot and play through of what's going on and what it's all about. When you come to season 2 you get the back story of the individual characters which helps you understand a bit more of where the characters are coming from.

    This is an AMAZING ANIME
The story plot and characters are just amazing and lovable. Unlike most anime, you can not predict the outcome of the play. When you know this should happen, it veers of to another ideal outcome which blows your mind. The characters were amazing with incredible in-depth back story which makes you sad or happy. Everything was plotted out perfectly. If there was another season, it cannot beat this. ...

    An absolute masterpiece!
If you are looking for a truly well written series with some of the most jaw dropping animation you've ever seen, then look no further because Fate/Zero is the series for you. Directed by Ei Aoki at the exceedingly talented studio Ufotable and written by the highly acclaimed author/screenplay writer Gen Urobuchi (Madoka Magica, Saya no Uta) of Nitroplus, Fate/Zero is based on Urobuchi's lite novel ...

Thought intriguing, dark, and mature epic.
Animes are often than not shallow entertainment which requires little to no thinking. Are those animes bad? Of course not. On the contrary, they serve their purpose brilliantly: fun to watch and the ability to take your mind off reality. Every now and then, there comes a time where one title sprouts out of nowhere that possesses no other animes could, and Fate/Zero is one of them. There are plenty ...

    Fantastic Anime and prequel
The first episode is slow and introduces a lot. It is also longer than the other episodes. It picks up during the last five minutes. After that, however, the series maintains and nice pace. Both masters and servants use different tactics based on their moral predispositions and codes. It's well worth your time
