"Omae wa mou shinde iru" means literally 'you are already dead' Nothing more, nothing less. I hate when they translate like that.. adding words that weren't there in the first place.

i actually played the arcade game first...the one where it has 6 pads you have to punch when they light up...i remember zeed was the first boss in the arcade game lol

Perfect retro classic. The pain of the survivors and the struggle to survive was really accentuated in older anime, love this stuff. A wonderful cheesy, fun action show.
