Katsura is finally caught thanks to Yamazaki's actions. The boat he's placed on is headed to Prison Island, an impregnable prison that is the last place thugs want to go. In one of the cells on the island, Suekichi has been attempting to escape by spending the last 15 year digging a hole through his wall. He has just completed his escape route. All he has to do is decide on which day to escape. Suekichi has watched the patrol patterns of the guards for many years. He carefully waits for an opportunity. But when Katsura is placed in the cell across from him, Suekichi's plans begin to unravel…

@love_lost20 he was on shep number 13, and that was the girls uniform number. In all reality, that was the only thing i could find that nade them related, but there you go
