Heiji Kozenigata enjoys being a hardboiled detective. His day is always filled with hardboiled happenings… One night, Heiji goes after his sworn nemesis, the great criminal Chogoro Kitsunebi, whom he has been chasing after for ten years. But during his chase he is stopped by the Odd Jobs gang, letting the Kitsunebi gets away. Forced to take responsibility for his continuous failure to capture the Kitsunebi, Heiji is placed under house arrest. Gintoki and the gang respond to the news by...?
