Do not watch this, I beg you
This anime had TREMENDOUS potential, but then it just crashed and burned when the opportunity arrived. The characters are all either stiff or static. There are really none you care for. They all could die and it would probably make the story better. I seriously hated this. I forced myself to watch the end, hoping it would gain momentum and hopefully land in my good graces. As you can see from my ...

Under-rated epic that will leave you demanding more
This series is highly underrated. The story is interesting, and ever changing. The characters are pretty good - even the initially annoying Remus improves mid-way. But Guin is by far the greatest character.

I didn't think I would like a character like him... the leopard mask thing seems odd to me (and I almost didn't watch this as a result) but it grew on me. The greatest surprise after ...

    Ouch, how unfortunate
Anyone ever seen the old adult cartoon Fire and Ice? Well that is better than this. The story line was blah, the characters were blah, the situations (I cant call it acting) were horrible and the animation itself wasn't what I expected or care for. No bueno.

The author died before completing the story...
The show starts with tremendous vigor, midway though has plot twists and turns, but ends with frailty.
    The title should explain why.
The animation is solid for its time. The characters have depth. It's worth a look.

  • greet and powerful start but week ending
It was good and exceeding at the stated but it was unfinished at the end most likely because the author life ended. i would recommend this sires but be ready for a weak ending but it was still enjoyable to watch.

Must Watch!!!! I Love this Anime!
I cant beleive that have it here! First watched it on Netflix. I think its based on a chinese manga or novel. I forgot. To bad they never continued it. U guess you can always read what happens afterwards!

Ok after reading other members review, I think I was thinking about some other anime. Sadly alot of good anime is unfinished like black brother. Author died and a friend stepped to take his ...

Starts good but then tapers off, plus *Incomplete*
I wish I had known before I begin some of these that the story doesn't end at the last episode. In fact this one couldn't have ended at a more crucial part. Things are set in motion and there isn't any closure. The author had apparently became ill and passed away so it remains unfinished possibly even in the manga.
The series is good but has pacing problems all the time. Very beautiful cinematic ...

Wonderful Series! Just wish there was more!
It's a wonderful series, the only problem is that theirs not more to finish the story, or to continue the story until finished.

Great characters, a very, very good plot, and some pretty underhanded twists that are pulled off perfectly, always making you wonder what's going to happen next.

    Well Done Well Developed
The story line is well written, and as someone pointed out there isn't a definitive end to the story. I like that it allows you to create whatever story you wish.
While the story line continues to grow, its good to see mostof the characters stay true to themselves.

    Guin Saga was Great!!!
First watched this on Netflix....lol....Was great my friend thought the leopard/cat man was kinda creepy, but otherwise the action is great. Feels a tad bit rushed near the end to me i wanted more like they could have added a arc for each different kingdom. maybe i just like seeing the leopard man kill people to much lol
