A Very Touching Series

I really enjoyed this anime overall. When I first started watching, I was a little bothered by the art style. I'm very picky about those sorts of things, so it was almost enough to prevent me from watching past the first episode. However, the story eventually picked up, and I got hooked on the characters and their depth.

I really enjoyed this anime overall. When I first started watching, I was a little bothered by the art style. I'm very picky about those sorts of things, so it was almost enough to prevent me from watching past the first episode. However, the story eventually picked up, and I got hooked on the characters and their depth.

The score for this anime is wonderful as well -- it's quite possibly the best I've ever heard, especially Boku no Koto. If you never watch H2O in your life, you'd still be doing yourself a disservice if you don't find the music.

I would rate five stars, if not for the ridiculous ecchi scenes (particularly those in the beginning and then in episode 8). I just feel like they didn't fit well with the serious nature of the content of this series. But it still deserves a solid 4 stars.

When I watched the first episode it did not catch my attention but it gets better as the series progresses. The series starts off introducing a blind character named Hirose who later becomes friends with all the girls from his school. Hirose takes a liking to a girl named Hayami who everyone hates and when I say hate..I mean they hate her with passion! Hayami endures a lot of verbal and physical ...

When I watched the first episode it did not catch my attention but it gets better as the series progresses. The series starts off introducing a blind character named Hirose who later becomes friends with all the girls from his school. Hirose takes a liking to a girl named Hayami who everyone hates and when I say hate..I mean they hate her with passion! Hayami endures a lot of verbal and physical abuse throughout the entire series. It is a confusing story at first because as a viewer you don't understand why people are treating Hayami in such a nasty way. The series gets better on episode 9. From episode 9 and on..you get a more clear understanding of what's going on and the drama escalates. I would say it is a series worth watching but don't expect to get answers right away. This series gets really extreme towards the end...get ready for some kleenex.

What I thought about this anime.

This anime was a little confusing but i understood it. It had plenty of romance and drama. This anime had a good plot as well. You will not regret watching this anime because in my opinion I thought the ending was perfect. The spoiler will explain the ending.

Amazing yet the ending was a bit unsatisfying

The art of it was amazing and the story line was very pleasing though what bothers me most was the ending. the ending was not what i was expecting. dont get me wrong i enjoyed the whole serie thpugh i was expecting a little bit more of a happy ending like the two couples be together and that he didnt have to kick her. thats all. i recommend it to all veiwers

I didn't know what to expect honestly, but I saw the great reviews and decided to watch it. And now I want to share this great show with more people!

cute, funny, deep, touching, everything is there =)

frustrating, happy, feel good, sad, everything is there =)

you can bond with the characters, feel their emotions, and relate to them =)

Confusing yet Amusing

I had always wanted to watch this anime and when I finally did I was impressed. I=The first time I watched this it was very confusing but I really loved this anime. It was cute and intrigueing, with each new episode you find yourslef unlocking a new secret.

Amazing show i Obvousily Love it and the Writter should continue Writting Team Kohinata ♥ HiRose Forever!!I really hope they continue This Anime I do wish to see what happens with Hotaru and Her grandFather I love this show one of my fav Anime's Of all time and i will be sure To tell everyone i know about it

When I first started watching this anime, I really had no idea what to expect. At first I didn't quite understand what was going on but as the story progressed I started to really enjoy it. Simply because the plot is a good one with many mysteries surrounding the main characters! In addition this anime is short so if you have any spare time consider watching this! Sorry no Spoilers!

I have to admit, it has strong stuff...it's like a real movie (put in episodes), including romance, comedy, a lil peek-a-boo at a girl (I'll keep quit bout it, no spoilers ;D) but also dads parts...truly incredible story line and...in a way irony...I TRULY recommend it as one if the most touching and deep amines (which I have seen...) deserves 20/5....but will have to settle for 5/5 for now ^^

Let me just start by saying this anime made me cry TWICE with the last episode alone( once during the episode and once the next morning). The only other anime to ever even make a tear fall from my eyes was myself; yourself. Now, if your into heartwarming stories, then read on.
I guess you can say it starts off with a bang. You hear one of my favorite quotes "Footprints in the sand" being spoken ...

Let me just start by saying this anime made me cry TWICE with the last episode alone( once during the episode and once the next morning). The only other anime to ever even make a tear fall from my eyes was myself; yourself. Now, if your into heartwarming stories, then read on.
I guess you can say it starts off with a bang. You hear one of my favorite quotes "Footprints in the sand" being spoken as a girl is beat up (for those of you who don't know this poem, please Google it. It is worth it.). After that, you get introduced to a blind, traumatized boy whom this anime revolves around. Now, I don't want to spoil the story or anything so watch the first few episodes at least.
Warning: keep a box of tissues beside you while watching the last episode. Also, if your easily embarrassed or are afraid of your image as a manly man of manliness going down the drain, watch it alone.

Definitely recommend to anyone (even those who would rather something like naruto) as a little look into the lives of those struggling can only be good. This is one you will remember for a long time after this short 12 episode series is over. ENJOY
