this is a truly amazing anime that is different from all the others. this anime really stands out to you because there is a melancholy ( sad yet happy ) ending. this will really stand out because most anime's tend to have happy endings. this is an anime that will bring tears to your eyes.

  • Awesome Anime Series
I really enjoyed watching this anime and would recommend it to anyone. The story-line is very well layed out and the characters are easy to understand. The anime becomes quite emotional as we see a young boy struggle with his disability of being unable to see.

The bullying in the school creates a sense of realism which allows us to connect more with the characters. The music fits in well ...

  • Pure beauty its is :)
This anime is very pure and sweet, i would really recommend it to everyone :)

Overall the story about the blind Takuma Hirose, he really wants to see which makes him very strong willed and "able to see"
Everyone in the anime is very nice to him, which makes people think about someone different, not "just the blind boy"
Its different from most school-animes so its worth it to watch!

  • Different Anime with lots of twists
When watching this anime the first thought that came to mind was "Boy, an interesting anime with a blind protagonist? This might get interesting." That was until the anime used Super maid magic to let the child see again. I won't go out of the way to say it ruined the anime but it give a big twist to everyone in it. What surprised me most about the anime was the details that went into the two ...

    Stunning and beautiful anime
H20: Footprints in the sand was extremely enjoyable to watch. The animation looked beautiful all the way through and the plot was very emotional. There were a lot of twists in the story, and I found myself crying a few times. By the end of the series, all of the main characters are likeable, and although the ending is very emotional, it is also a happy conclusion.

    This anime is definitely ...

ok. this is the best anime. ever.
i love the story, in general.
usually i don't like ooey-gooey love stories, but this one really was great
the characters were amazing, the story, the music, everything was just really good. and interesting.
so if you haven't watched this already, i really do suggest you watch it. take a break from Shugo Chara and Naruto.
but it's kinda weird and confusing ...

Dramatic! (Also, this is my first review so please be nice :D )
I have to confess, when I began watching H20 Footprints in the Sand, I was expecting a very shojo/harem-ish plotline, boy finds main girl and is held up by his twenty something other love interests. Drama ensues. Boy/girl confesses. More drama ensues. Boy and girl find a way to be together and that's that. Happily ever after to you too.

    Boy, was I wrong.

For starters, while this anime does ...

    What a deeply touching story
I see, the theme of this story appeared at the end of story as Hinata said. Eyes of Hirose were the one of his mind which opened when he accepted everything. Actually I didn't want Hayami die that way, but it made Hirose open his eyes. All stories from episode 1 to 11 were like dream given by real Hinata and it became clear when Hirose closed his eyes and his mind retreated to the stage his ...
