Hell Girl is a Must Watch
If anyone is watching this series, I would like to remind you that this is season 2. Season 1 is on Netflix (I think) and it's also in dub. Seasons 2 and 3 are here on crunchyroll.
The series follows supernatural beings from Hell as they banish people from the human world. Ai, also known as Hell Girl, comes to the aide of people who contact her through her website, which can only open at ...

It lives up to the first season and brings back the creep factor...with a vengence.
I was immediately drawn to the first season of Hell Girl for various reasons a few of which were the music, the voice acting which was astounding, and the artwork it was just so beautiful a contrast of light and dark mixed together to create the landscapes in which Ai Enma resides and the equally amazing artwork that went into the city landscapes. This was truly one of the best paranormal anime ...

  • So Much Better Than The First
To be honest, I was not a huge fan of the first season except for the last few episodes. I found it EXTREMELY repetitive. Person gets angry, exchanges soul for revenge, realizes it was a mistake... over and over again. It was not until the last few episodes that we got some repeat characters that one could latch onto. But this is not a review of Hell Girl One.. But #2.
There is a continuation of ...

    A Treasure For Horror/Paranormal Enthusiasts
Hell Girl, a young woman from hell who convicts those guilty of sin to hell. The catch? It'll cost you your soul. A soul for a soul, as an eye for an eye; this anime will leave you wanting more. Its episodic stories are perfectly written to bring out the flaws and despair humanity has to offer. Beautiful story line, breathtaking art, an amazing OST... Now tell me, stranger, are you ready to ...

    Very Very Interesting
I really really love this show. I love the concept that all you have to do is untie a red string and the person you hate will go to hell. It really got me thinking what I would be willing to pay in order to get revenge. I also love that it doesn't take 20 episodes to here one story. I like the one story one episode deal. Although the ending episodes were continued but that made the ending EPIC!!! ...

  • It is one of the best
HellGirl is one of the best anime I've ever seen, and even after watching so many it's probably going to stay in my top five forever. I doubt anyone will be able to knock it down. It may not be number one on my list but it still won't be taken off my top five very easily. I love the sorrow and pain in this show ^-^ Makes me feel giddy.

    Never Enjoyed Despair So Much!
Dang, talk about a ride. So you grow accustomed to this emotionless girl and follow her adventures bringing people to hell only to have your soul crushed with an epic ending that I won't spoil for you. I Highly suggest you watch this series and enjoy the same crushing ending that kicked me dead in the feels.

    Not well connected enough
The issue I had with this story was that it was more or less a string of short stories (1 episode each) revolving around a grudge of sorts. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if they were connected in some way other than the fact that hell girl takes them away. I will say that one of the episodes in the middle connects with several of the episodes in the end, and at the least it ended with ...

    Hell girl two mirrors review
Fell in love with this anime i recommend it!!

It questions your sense of judgement ... and get a back story on Ai Enma's companions
really great and does remind me of death note a bit under it all its up to everyone's judgment whether exacting revenge, whatever the circumstances are is correct

This is unlike what I have ever seen.
Jigoku Shoujo, or Hell Girl, is unlike any anime I have ever seen. The show's soundtrack fits the show very well. The artwork is different but just lovely. There are some heartwrenching stories in here but it proves good points on the realities on life and how some decisions are almost unbearable to make. I couldn't stop watching it, will be watching it again!
