    In short, I'm a hopeless romantic and sucker for beautifully-drawn characters so I'd give this series an A++! The fact that it contained events similar to that of Kamisama Hajimemashita and Fruits Basket really blew me away. I don't know about you, but I definitely enjoyed this anime. The endings are always worth the wait and I'm glad that each ending made me crave for more episodes!

    Like most anime series this one does have parts where it is lacking but for me I can look past those. This series has kept me watching since episode one, the soundtrack is beautifully composed with some characters that tug on your heart strings.

    Don't give up on it if you feel it is lacking, keep watching to at least the end of the first season.

    A really good and lovely anime with a story that gets you. If you look the first episodes you wanna see them whole day. Its totally different than Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail that i watch but very good!!

    i love this while it is innocence to the max it a boys harem anime. i love the fact that they give fan service for girls in each episode and that the girl is actually choosing who she wants to be with, but don't worry boys there are lots of action and only a little romance when you look at both season of the show. it like five episodes of actually romance and most of it is at the end of the series ...

    Good Idea, Decent Anime

    The story moved pretty slow. The main protagonist was pretty much useless for the whole first season, which was kind of hard to watch at points. The whole story is very good though and nicely thought out (when looked at from start to finish.)

    I'd say it's a decent anime to watch, entertaining.

    i just finished watching the second season. i found it very very interesting..
    the plot is very clear to me, as well.. the love part~ sweet!
    i really really like when the part reveals that both of them are actually destined lovers.
    if i were to compare with hakuouki, i will give hiiro no kakera a full star!

    There are a lack of reverse harems in the world, or at least "good" reverse harems. I really don't like the generic archetypes cause if you watched one reverse harem, you watched them all.     My only problem with this anime is that it took a while to understand what was going on. I think it was to show how confusing Tamaki's situation was as she'd been thrown into this new world of gods and guardians, but I didn't like how the story line wasn't very well explained.

    I watched both seasons and really enjoyed this series. Each episode draws you in, ends too soon and leaves you waiting impationtly for the next episode to be aired.
