  • I have no clue why I like it, but I do.
There is just something about these characters that has me coming back for more. Watashi and her grandfather both have this resigned acceptance of the abusrdity and pointlessness of dealing with the fairies and the world around them. Which brings a smile to my face,
The "cuteness" of the art had me expecting a silly kids show. But the stories are actually quite enjoyable and interesting.

  • Humorus and Entertaining

In come the fairies. With mankind's population dwindling and the use of electricity almost unheard of the fairy population explodes. Humanity Has Declined is the story of a girl, the UN's liaision between ...

  • amazing main character=WIN
This show is really exceptional. The amount of WTF moments is 9000+ which makes every episode of the show more interesting to watch. The main character has so much personality and having such amazing female lead gives me shivers. It feels like a show that both adults and children can enjoy alike. The animation is well suited to the show in a very Hayao Miyazaki kind of way. I recomend it, for ...

A great anime to watch if you like twisted humor.
Everything revolves around the mediator and the current "Humans" of this world that are the fairies. These humans are very caring mysterious and very funny, but they do have a very twisted way of think. They think at the level of grade schoolers but seem to have higher intelligence and creativity then us normal humans. All in all, if you want to watch a funny and random anime. Watch dis.

What to watch while waiting for Sword Arts Online
The art itself is for the most part, good. I still can't get over the fact that the fairies seem to have a pasted on half moon for a mouth which never moves. However, it's not that funny, and it IS pretty random. This is much more like a sitcom with the fairies playing the idiot, powerful neighbors (if they were all powerful and tiny). The fairies seem to have no collective memory, or set ...

Fairies, but not what you would expect
This brightly colored anime is much darker then the art portrays it to be. The current humans (a.k.a "Fairies") have a similar mindset to preschool children, as they see the world through fresh eyes. Despite their child-like antics, they are vastly superior in creativity, intelligence, and technology, leading the main character on some wild (yet somewhat charming) episodes.

    The only issue is ...

  • The first episode is almost too cute.......
The first episode is almost too cute....... Then . . . you hang on for the next and get a pleasant surprise . . . unless you are one of the types of people being, for lack of better terms, or nicer, being made fun of...
I haven't figured out if this is comedic "poke" at management systems or a wholesale indictment of hierarchical organization... So far there's a faithful representative of every ...

An Interesting Combination of Cuteness and Dark Comedy:
    Review Summary:
Beneath the very cute and bubbly surface lies a deeply dysfunctional world with many flawed characters. This is almost always makes for an interesting anime and Jinrui Wa Shimasta is no exception.
    Body of Review:
On the surface, the World of Jinrui wa Shimasta appears to be set in a Disney style rural town painted in extremely warm colors. Likewise, the heroine ...

A Mash of Genres That Needs to be Seen
Right now, people are uncertain as to how to define this show. Is it a comedy? A satire? A horror show? I say, why not let it be all of those!

Humanity Has Declined is an amazing collision of witty writing, average but colorful animation, solid voice acting and an overall tone that sometimes crosses into the horror territory. After all, what isn't terrifying about the thought of the ...
