    The lack of interest surrounding Hunter X Hunter is somewhat enigmatic to me. It is a title that, by all rights, should have a huge buzz behind it. Not only is Hunter X Hunter the work of Yoshihiro Togashi, the creator of Yu Yu Hakusho, but it is also far superior to other currently running big-hype titles, the most prominent of which is Naruto.     A Ruined remake of a classic?

    Having watched the original of this series, and loving it completely, I had high hopes for this remake. However I found myself very dissappointed with it, they seem to have tried to be truer to the manga than the original anime was, however they effectivly cram the first 3 episodes of the original into the first episode of the remake.     I am very happy that they are redoing this. Great series the first time around and will be awesome to see it in better quality. I really wish they didn't take out so much of the storyline but the fans will know and those that don't wont really be lost.

    I think their doing an okay job with the remake so far. Its really good for the most part, however I hate how they cut out so much stuff. I was upset when they cut out the scene with Gon and Kaito, I mean it just did a better job of explaining why Gon wants to become a Hunter like his dad.     Finally the fun continues

    I cant say for sure but i believe this anime is closer to the manga. Though its been a long time since I've read the manga. This manga got more exciting as the story continued cant wait for what is in store for Gon and the gang.
    I'm really happy that the manga has finally continued =D

    This is one of the best anime. It was very well written from characters to the storyline. Yoshihiro Togashi is a brilliant, highly skilled individual, keep up the good work Yoshi and I will always be a more than satisfied customer!!! Get well soon!!

    The series is good but not amazing. I would recommend watching the older version over this one (which I find amazing).
    My main reasoning for this is Gon's character. It is portrayed very differently in this version, in my opinion for the worse.
    If I could describe the difference, I guess would say he is stupider in this version.

    the whole story line has kept me wanting more and the fact that I'm board out of my mind. I believe that the whole plot has its ups and downs just like any other good anime. The only thing that is missing is explosions! If it had the one thing guys like more than sports and women its action. If tonpas head got ripped off that would be cool.

    So I watched the original Hunter x Hunter series and loved it. With this re-make they seem to be doing a good job; the drawing style is the same, which makes me happy, though the new opener is only meh, and the episodes now are slightly faster paced, leaving out some stories in the original anime that I found enjoyable.
