    So Many Shades Of Perfection
Kalafina is most likely my favorite band ever! And for so many great reasons.
Their music ,to me, transcends language. I don't care if I don't understand what they are singing but that's not important. What is important is hearing them sing and that is what is important. Keiko, Wakana, and Hikaru are vocal angels who harmonize in a way that i've never heard and probably never will again. You will ...

    Kalafina translates to "divine music".
And I mean that. Theirs is the greatest music that has ever deigned to visit my humble ears. One would not be surprised if one found that their music was actually composed by God. Their voices do justice to the story Kajiura has written. The tears I would have shed for Red Moon and Kagayaku Sora no Shijima ni Wa, if only I could cry~ And Kajiurago, that mysterious language said to have no meaning, ...

    Pretty Cool Music Group
Don't see where the storyline and characters rating comes from. The music is good, although the new album was kind of "ehh". Yuki Kaijura seems to be entering a phase where she can't compose a different song anymore for the sake of preserving some notion of a style or image associated with the music. The vocalists are crazy talented and it would be nice to hear them do something a little different.

    Kalafina: Vocal trio
Kalafina is well known for providing haunting opening, ending, and insert songs that can sound anywhere from dark to exotic and dreamy. You can tell simply by a little listen to any of their songs, that the lovely ladies of Kalafina all have skill and work very, very well when put together into one group. I've heard them in many places, and they have always been one of my favorites with catchy, ...

    Kalafina. Two Words: Freaking Incredible
This review will cover Kalafina's three albums: Seventh Heaven, Red Moon and After Eden their most recent album. I first got into this amazing band when I heard the song "ARIA" from The Garden of Sinners. This song was one of the ending theme in that series. I was blown away by the music because I they felt like a mix of Evanescence and Light Opera. I explored the rest of their music and what I ...

    It's Simply Magia...
I'm pretty new to Kalafina's music (I can thank AX and Madoka for introducing me) but since then it's been pretty obvious to me how popular Kalafina is. I loved Magia from Madoka (the slow version on the soundtrack). I've also heard a different Lacrimosa from each of these musical acts, Mozart, Evanescence, and Immediate Music, so it's fitting that Kalafina should be one of my favorite ...

    Kalafina: Dark Vibes, Fantastic Music
I've always enjoyed the talent of Yuki Kajiura, who composed the scores of such shows as Tsubasa Chronicle, Kara no Kyoukai, Pandora Hearts, and - who could forget? - Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Already this is a wonderful track record, but Kajiura also founded one of my favorite bands to come out of Japan: Kalafina. The band is composed of two existing members of ...

Excellent band that bring new light into the music scene.
I didn't know who they were until the released Magia and then I realized that they did Hikari no Senritsu for Sora no Wotto. Their style I can safely say, has not even remotely done before in the last 5 or so years maybe more. They are a refreshing group who bring more traditional singing into the mainstream which is great. Their style is varied and unique and never disappoints on quality. ...

A band in a world apart from others!
I first heard about Kalafina while I watching Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I had listened to the many different FictionJunction projects before & thoroughly enjoyed them, but when I first heard 'Magia', I was completely blown away by the way they all harmonized with each other's voices so perfectly, managing to hit the right notes in the right places & I officially fell in love with Kalafina & ...
