further looking i found 'The "difficulties" being that the first volume sold less than 2,000 copies. which is sad since i liked what these 13 episodes did.

use google to see status: Makoto Uezu, series script editor, draft does exist for continuing the story, but "various difficulties" have complicated the possibility of proceeding with a new series for the action anime.(as of mid oct 2011)

@Heartless_Martyr The anime 8 ball at AniDB says ,maybe; its been over two year since then and chances are its already canceled especially after the disasters they've suffered. Probably changed their priorities, grab the manga ^^;

Most anime follows the basic length of episoder per production. It´s a weekly show in japan. 1 Year = 52 weeks/episodes, ½ year = 26 weeks/eps, 1/4 year = 13 weeks/eps. The story will thus have a major event/cliffhanger at ep 13, the tvist.
