I really wanted to give it three stars...
My finger hovered over the third star for a while as I thought about what I should do. But in the end I just couldn't.

The thing is that the presentation doesn't quite fit with the subject matter. It's a very ecchi and moe anime, but the story is about family values, and a somewhat tragic slice of life about over-coming difficulties in life. Those things don't mix well right? Well that's ...

    Listen to Me--Family's important!
First things first: this is one of the most emotionally-uplifting anime series I've ever watched. I loved it! And the characters behave realistically. "Uncles" Yuuta reacts to his nieces' new status as orphans by impulsively offering to care for them, then spends the rest of the series trying to "man-up" and make things work. The girls' efforts to adapt to the changes in their lives are ...

What I thought about this anime.
This is a cute anime full of drama and romance. The story follows Yuuta Segawa, a first year college student. After his sister goes missing in a plane crash, he is left to care for his sister's three daughters from her marriage. Yuuta is poor so you get to see their group effort to stay together. I enjoyed this anime and i hope you do to.
    Enjoy

an uncle but not really related...
the anime as a whole was funny, needed a bit more work in certain areas and today i dont feel like going into detail, characters were alright, music was a little lacking and animation could have been better all-in-all it was fairly good despite its shortcomings

    A Heartwarming anime
When I first heard about this anime I gotta admit I was a bit hesitant. Wasn't sure what to expect. But as I watched it I got pulled in emotionally and loved it all.

Its an anime you can't help but feel for. One day, one moment changes everything for the three girls and their uncle. Being a first year university student its hard enough but to gain three girls to take care of can't be easy. ...

    Usagi Drop Needs more Moe?
I am sure some producer in Japan watched Usagi Drop and thought "This show would make a ton of more money if it only had more Moe!". So he found a novel for LtMGIYF and turned it into an anime. Change the main character from a mature adult to the standard insecure College student, replace the one little girl with 3 fitting different stereo types and add in some quirky friends and neighbors to ...

This series OP and ED are amazing.
Love the opening song (Happy Girl)!! well, the matter that the uncle (forgot his name) took custody or took the girls to live with him may be seem wrong for some people, but came on he just did it because he want for the 3 sisters to be together.

  • Dont be thrown off by the harem tag!
Though there is, indeed a harem tag on this anime, there really isn't one. The relationship between the girls and their uncle, is really sweet. And if anyone gathers a harem, it would be the little girl on the cover, the smallest one. I personally cried on some episode, and i didn't cry through Clannad, Madoka Magica, or Toradora. (I listed Toradora because a friend of mine cried for about an ...

  • Great Show for a rainy day
It's a really good show for people that love a rough start and a happy end. It's all together a feel good anime that focuses on the ideals of family staying together. While there are a few scenes to show the girls almost being separated there are also heartwarming scenes. For example after the death of the parents and the family members are making living arrangements for the girls the uncle has a ...
