  • More than meets the eye
I think hardcore Anime/Manga lovers might find Listen to me girls. I'm your father! to be a tat bit too mainstream for their liking. After all, most episodes are filled with harem fan service (sorry girls), while characters such as the male lead, Yuuta Segawa, seem rather bland from constantly reiterating his exhaustion from having to find more money, time and living conditions for his three ...

A great slice of life anime
This anime is for the regular anime fanatic out there and is a must watch. As for the story line goes I don't want to spoil it so I'll just say its a show about three kids who family members disappeared and moved in with there uncle. Who struggles between work, taking care of the three girls and dealing with the kids other uncles and aunts.

  • Found myself wanting more.
This series has an amazing mix of sentimental, happy, and humorous moments. I love the art, the characters, the story, etc. Anime is meant to be exaggerated and when you get over that, you really get to enjoy work such as this.

  • When life throws you a curveball.
Very enjoyable anime with some good characters. I think it was almost too clever with how it resolved things, but it's a good, somewhat light-hearted drama. It's never really running you ragged with the more depressing parts and all too happy to give you something cute to look at, but the drama is still there and I think its more understated nature is one of the show's biggest selling ...

All about never giving up on Family
Great show! I loved it. There were some emotional bits in there and if you are a family orientated person like myself, this really hits home. A good motto used in the anime: "not giving up is the one thing I'm good at."

Not only is this a funny anime, but it has it's moments that tug at your heartstrings.

  • More fluff than story
Pretty light weight take on of a difficult subject. The death of parents and the reordering of their children's lives. It had potential. But sadly it quickly start started downhill, as I have no love for creepy lolicon's even if he keeps getting the crap beat out of him by a big breasted girl.

I really wanted to give it three stars...
My finger hovered over the third star for a while as I thought about what I should do. But in the end I just couldn't.

The thing is that the presentation doesn't quite fit with the subject matter. It's a very ecchi and moe anime, but the story is about family values, and a somewhat tragic slice of life about over-coming difficulties in life. Those things don't mix well right? Well that's ...

  • Cute, funny, and loveable
This is a show that was a little hard to get into at first but after an episode or two the girls grow on you. The minor cast of characters add color to the series overall, with only one character I found myself honestly creeped out by (Shuntarou Sako).

Shuntarou Sako is straight up pedo. At first he appears like creepy fanboy but this is taken to a whole new level when he actually goes to ...
