Love Live! School Idol Project

I have only seen the first episode, so I can't say much about the Anime, but I will give my best shot. And btw., this is my first review, so I can't promise it to be good.

Oh well, the Animation is good, it's very sweet.
So far we don't know much about the characters, but I guess that will come?

This is an Anime about following your dreams, don't give up, taking chances and also thinking about the next generation.
Their dream is to let the school live, after they got the news about it will close in three years. It won't really affect them, because they are already graduated at that time, but it's here they begin to think about the next generations.

This is definitely a Shoujo Anime. The voices, the expression, the style and so on, is all very cute and girly.
So if you like the genre Shoujo, I think you should give this a shot.
Personally I'm not into that genre, because there isn't much action, but I will try to watch some more episodes when they come out, and maybe I will like it. Maybe it will surprise me.
But what about you? Do you like an Anime with cute animation and mainly girls characters, who try to follow their dreams?
- If that is a yes, then you maybe should try this.

What I find a little silly, but many probably would like, is the music. The lyrics is a little stupid in my opinion and the moments they start to sing reminds me of a musical.
- But again, that's just my opinion. I don't like songs beginning in the middle of everything. I'm more that type who likes a song before an Anime start and when it ends. And then some music to pump you up, when they are in the middle of an epic fight - so this probably isn't the Anime for me, because I doubt there will be any "epic fights" in this Anime. So I just go back to my Naruto, lol. And SAO. And BTOOOM!. And all the others.

But if you like girl power, I recommend this to you!

I really like Love Live! School Idol Project and all of its characters. The animation is good, and definitely expresses the girls' cuteness!

The design of the characters tell a lot about their personalities. My most favorite character would be Kotori and Maki. So let me just give two words to each character that describes them. Honoka: determined and cute, Kotori: daydreamer and kind, Maki: distant and talented, Umi: logical and fit, Niko: cute and vain, Nozomi: wise and perverted, Eri: a leader and stubborn, Rin: sporty and energetic, and (the name I always forget) Hanayo: shy and quiet. I got them all, I think.

Well, I like the music so far, but, to me, none of them have surpassed the music video songs. At least, hopefully, not yet. But I do love the opening song (Bokura wa Ima no Naka de) and the recent song No Brand Girls. Unfortunately, A-Rise's (a different school idol group in the anime) "Private Wars" has been the best idol song in the anime so far. I hope that by episode 13 μ's will have a really good song (but I have a pretty good feeling that episode 13 is going to be a cliffhanger, which means we'll have to wait for a few months before season 2 comes out).

All-in-all, I really enjoy this anime, and always look forward on Tuesdays to watch it after I come home from school. The only thing that it needs is guys and romance!!

Me encantó, la música, la animación y el tema de conservar las tradiciones en este mundo moderno de grandes escuelas como edificios corporativos y productos en serie. Muy recomendable para los que gustan del J-pop y los animes.

I really like it, the music, the animation and the embedded idea to preserve traditions in a serial made world where schools looks like a big company building. I recommend it to any one who love J-pop and anime.

Para quem assistiu e gostou de K-On, esse anime é recomendadíssimo!

Sou fã de vários gêneros de animes, mas em maioria shoujos escolares e shounens. Mas algo que sempre procurei e que é EXTREMAMENTE difícil de encontrar, são animes bons envolvendo música. (Beck, Sakamichi no apollon, K-On)

Me apaixonei por K-On e me apeguei extremamente às personagens. Infelizmente fiquei no desejo de uma 3ª temporada, e eis que acho esse anime.

Temática musical e personagens que lembram MUITO alguns de K-On: Mio, Azu-nyan, Yui e Rikka. E digo isso não apenas visualmente, mas suas personalidades as vezes se chocam muito!

Mas não digo isso querendo falar mal do anime ou querendo insinuar que é uma cópia, pelo contrário! Isso me fez gostar mais ainda desse anime e com certeza vai ser um dos que eu vou acompanhar até o final.

I was not expecting much from the show, partly bc it all it is all chicks. That's pretty rare. To be honest I didn't think it would be that great, but I was surprised. It reminds me a tad Clannad, when trying to form the drama club, but here it is a lot more light. The episodes go by so fast.
I really want to hate this show, but I really dig this show. Animation is excellent, the humor is great, and the characters are nice. Maybe it's a guilty pleasure.
One complaint I have is the dancing in the opening. It seems like it constantly goes from cgi to 2d. Sometimes the head will be 2d, but the body will be cgi. It's really really distracting. I hope it won't be like this in the actual show.
