March 3rd is Hinagiku Katsura's birthday, president of Hakuo Academy's Student Council. Hayate wants to get her a present for letting him stay at her place. He's a butler in debt so he can't afford to buy her any expensive clothes. He wants to get her a sensible gift and asks other friends that are around the same age as Hinagiku to get some advice.
