Nostalgic but good only if you are a teen
This was the first Gundam series I saw in US. Compared to the other cartoons on TV at the time, this was a beacon of hope that reignited my love of mecha anime (as well as anime in general). The plot is intricate and sophisticated (at least for teens and pre-teens). There is that teenage angst that all main characters imbues that I could relate to (and subsequently can no longer relate to). The ...

    Mobile Suit Gundam Wing
Believe it or not guys this is the first Gundam series I've ever watched. These giant robots were so enticing as I was growing up.
The story line for any Gundam was always incredible, and Gundam Wing is a great place to start. Let the story take you in and watch for hours, no one will look at you weird, just tell them its "Gundam flipping Wing", and they will understand. Having a mixture of both ...

    Definitely Worth Watching!
Gundam Wing was the first Gundam series I'd seen, and I'd been obsessed with it when it had first aired on Cartoon Network. Rewatching it again, after seeing G Gundam, Mobile Suit Gundam, Gundam SEED, and Gundam SEED Destiny, I'd say it's one of the best written ones out there. The story is well paced: the intrigue and plot twists don't stop until the end. A quick rundown of what you ...

The Best that Gundam has to offer in my opinion.
Gundam Wing is a departure when compared to most other Gundam shows, it focuses heavily on character interaction and development and lets the action take a back seat. Because of this the show can feel a bit slow or subdued at times as the characters speak at length or the narration plays, but if you get into it you'll find that some Gundam fights are battles of ideas, wills, and visions for the ...

    90's Anime at it's best!
Most of us Americans remember this on Cartoon Network at the end of the 90's. This was the first mecha anime I ever really got into and enjoyed. The story was really engrossing. I enjoyed every minute of it when I was a teenager. I'm looking forward to watching it in it's entirety uncut.

I can't speak for any of the other Gundams, but the Seiyuu cast was incredible. Kow Ootani is a genius when ...
