Myself; Yourself is too short for how great it ends up being.
To start things off, if you're expecting a long, well-described review of the story, I would suggest find another review. I don't have the longest attention-span to type out things like these, but I just want to talk about this anime for a bit.

I used to be largely into anime. I watched a bunch of series and spent a good two years at one point in my life just watching and talking about anime. ...

    Emminently Forgettable and Insipid
Not sure why this gets 4 or 5 stars here. Most reviewers in net publications gave this a 3 or a 2. I'd say it is watchable if you are bored. It has its moments here and there but there are not many. If you are a 12-15 year old you might empathize with it a bit more than I did.... below is an evaluation of different aspects.

Visuals: Nothing to write home about. They look like characters ...

I didn't exactly type to talk about the review. I just wanted to say how this fantastic show resembles my life. I also left my friends and home town when i was eleven and i'm 14 right now. I'm hoping to back soon to my hometown.
REVIEW:...this show is fantastic, you will love the show. it has some surprising sad, happy, dramatic, hint of comedy, and will make you cry... Unless your heartless. ...

  • Excellent series, worth watching
An excellent, well made series that could have done so much more. I enjoyed the very real and confronting issues surrounding each character as they develop. The ending is a bit rushed however and the story as a whole could have done another whole series before finishing what was progressing without getting stagnant. Well worth watching and disappointing that there won't be more.

Not to sure about this anime
This anime interested me at first, then I was bored, it was like watching fillers before a climax, then the climax came and it was really good and exciting. Even better I could relate to the characters.

    This was a great anime!
This was a great story. It had a lot of twists and turns. Just the right amount of lightness to overshadow the dark areas that they touched upon. If there was anything that I could say derogatory about this anime, is that they leave us (the audience) guessing as to whether the twins had an incestuous relationship or not. They show up in the last episode holding hands... secretly and ...
