  • A little weird at first, but ultimately worth watching
I think this show is pretty great. Yes the whole drool thing is really weird (let me fill you in if you don’t know what I’m talking about. Basically, our main character, Tsubaki, decides to taste his classmate’s (Urabe), drool after he sees it on her desk after school. He ends up becoming addicted to her drool and the two begin a relationship.) , but if you can get past that, you’ll have a rather ...

  • Weird at First, but Picks Up Over Time
Okay, so I will say the first and second episode of this show is really weird at first. This whole story is on the premise of a guy who gets addicted to a girl's drool and how they are connected through it. Okay, so hearing that premise, this is already weird. It sort of grossed me out in the beginning because it's so weird.

Once I got past the drool thing, then you can see the real story come ...

  • Strange.. However beautiful
First off the anime seemed a little strange, however I couldn't withdraw my eyes from the oddness of this series.. Episode after episode the weirdness seemed more normal, as the anime grew closer to its final episodes, it also grew a place in my heart. If you give this anime a chance you will not be disappointed.

Note: This is coming from someone who has not seen or read the Manga.

    Visual ...

Strange but good. Nice spin on a stereotype
At first you think it is just one of the main stereotypes of anime with the average high school boy and the strange new girl love story until a new and fresh approach of the "mystic bond" comes to bare. It was funny at times and serious with some of the norms that come with your typical high school romance anime. I would recommend this only to those of 14 and up. Another thing, I think the ...

I seriously shouldn't feel obligated to review this
I'm not going to put any effort at all into reviewing this; Simply put, it's several hours worth of garbage. A juvenile, unrealistic device forms the centre of an equally juvenile and absolutely insufferable plot. The character development is minimal. The chosen genre of background music (French-esque classical) is a complete mismatch to the actual events in the anime. The animation itself is ...

    Seriously, WHERE'S THE MOAR!?
I had read the Manga before knowing that an Anime adaptation was out. Boy was I excited since I INSTANTLY fell in love with the story that I couldn't put it down!
The anime keeps true to what the manga was all about; Mystery.
No added elements, no added subplots, just straight forward. Urabe is weird, Akira is weird. Their characters (and voice actors) portray equally and never cease to amaze ...

    My new favorite skill
I was a little iffy at first but eventually i couldn't stop watching. the story has the perfect amount of drama and comedy as well as making you simultaneously feel sorry for and love the main characters. This has also shown me what i believe is my new favorite skill. Panty Scissors.

    Speaks to the Viewer
The relationship between Urabe and Tsubaki explores many of the quirks and potential pitfalls that young lovers can find themselves in. Some very minor elements of fantasy keep the story even more interesting and mystifying. I believe the message to be taken from this anime is clearly stated in the opening theme: When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, right? Urabe certainly challenges the ...

Light and fun; sweet and squicky ^_^
My wife and I went into this series knowing almost nothing about it. I knew the premise, but not to which the lengths with which it went. By the end of the first episode, we were both hooked, and quickly watched through to the end, cringing once or twice, but for the most part, we simply smiled and laughed with Urabe and Tsubaki.

They are wonderful leads, and more than anything, I love how ...
