Not that i don't understand what it's like to be 13 and think you're in love with someone but Sakura really needs to get a grip. Sasuke doesn't even mildly like her. If only she'd give Naruto or Lee a chance. It's a shame they like her! D:

@xemnas13, I totally agree. Shikamaru rules. But I don't think he has the raw fighting power or motivation to be Hokage. He'd work best as the brains behind the throne.

There are several reasons why Shikamaru is my fav Naruto character, and they are all displayed in this episode. Shikamaru will become hokage before Naruto if he was motivated enough to even care about it if you ask me. >_>

Most girls in shounen play more minor parts, it is unfortunate. If only the writer would give them more credit, its one of the few things that really ticks me off about this anime.

Up to this point Sakura was supposed to serve as a midway character between Naruto and Sasuke. Thankfully she becomes more skilled in Shippuden and with her knowledge of medical jutsu, and Tsunade's strength as well as her tactical skills..

LOVE SHIKA! Shikamaru and his smart-aleck, incredibly brilliant self. loveLOVElove him! I wish Sasuke could watch this episode and realize that he is loved, and appreciated. That perhaps revenge isn't the only option. Sakura, get stronger!
