@xemnas13 Actually there are firearms in the Naruto universe, but for the most part they're cannons with only with only a very few handheld versions

Not really so xALLSTARx. Masashi Kishimoto has stated that the technology in Naruto is very very close to ours. The main difference is the fact that there are no firearms of any type.

yeah just to clear everything up, the technology of the Naruto universe isnt comparable to any era in our history. they've developed different things at different speeds, so its all over the history spectrum.

@WaterxDragon20 I actually always thought about that too. Did you notice that during their second fight with Zabuza, he was using a wireless comm? I think they're probably set in a different universe all together

@WaterxDragon20, i would think they are used for light, even tho thats not ther pupose today. i would say this is around... later then the 1999s of course cuz they dont have "guns" yet so aroun mabie 1800s? probebly so
