Darn it, Noitamina, I LOVE YOU
I have to admit, I have been falling for at least one of Noitamita shows every season for a while now (Mononoke, UN-GO, GC, Moyashimon, No. 6, Tsuritama, Kids on the Slope to name a few), and they did it again. I love Natsuyuki already.

I happened to listen to Noitamina radio that was released online after the Ep. 2 aired in Japan with Yuichi Nakamura (the voice of Hazuki) as the guest, and the ...

    I wouldn't call this romance a miracle
Questionable romance using a woman's affections as something little more than an object. The show tries hard to hide its creepiness with nice lighting and music, but this story can't escape its macabre narrative.

Different, but not up to all the hype
Natsuyuki Rendezvous is definitely a change of pace compared to all the other anime titles featured on Crunchyroll. In comparison, it has a 'mature' story-line with the main character being widowed and courted by a young man while her deceased husband lingers. The characters are not super like-able, and that's what probably annoyed me the most. I didn't particularly root for either of the men to ...

    Promising and ghostly romantic
It deals with many of the infinite questions of love: when should I move on; does love ever end; does loving again mean betraying a lost love? A really nice addition to the Crunchyroll menu for the adult viewers.

After watching the whole series I decided to make some editing to my review. Overall, NR is really pretty and romantic in a subtle and almost poetic way. Nevertheless, there are 3 ...

    Melo, boring, and draggy
I have this thing about quitting an anime, but this is one I wish I could have. The story is very good. The first episode is compelling. However, by episode 3 or 4 it becomes repetitive and the story drags on and on. It made me wonder if it were made only to show off the beautiful animation because the wrtiting was lacking. Unfortunately, there's a lot of wasted potential. 2.5 stars if I could

Lovely through out but that ending
I started this anime since it intrigued me and i really enjoyed it through out even making me cry on multiple occasions but that ending, its the soul reason why iv ended up writing this review. For me this ending was terrible, i found myself just going " what the hell o_O " the entire last episode and getting that unnecessary time skip at the very end just seemed horrible to me, i was hoping for a ...

    Very Thoughtful and Interesting
I must admit, I'm not much of a Josei fan. But this changed it for me. It tackles a very realistic romance problem, and it makes you feel for both male leads. For most of the show I couldn't decide who I thought was the villain, because of how well they show both sides. They also do a good job of showing the passage of time without any awkward time skips. If you are interested in romance, I highly ...

    Beautiful Series- Five stars
So I've only seen the first several episodes but I love this show. It's about a women who is unknowingly haunted by her dead husband. Hazuki is a younger man who falls in love with her. He, however, can see the ghost husband. The interactions between the men run the gamut between achingly sad or laugh out loud funny. The romance between Rokka and Hazuki is very sweet, while at the same time it is ...

Dead people and flowers go hand in hand it seems..
It's amusing how the center props and most of the visuals of this anime are flowers, the typical item most flock to when dealing with the recently departed, or an item to leave behind in memory.

I find it weird most people chalk this show up as a romance anime, it most certainly is not. Yes there are romance elements involved, however I feel this show is mostly focused on capturing the feelings ...

I had good hopes when it started ...
I had hope for this anime when i first started watching the 3 first episodes, but then ... When that ghost took control over Hazuki's body that's when the anime was going downhill. I do not know where they tried to go with this show. I felt like they tried to fill up a couple of episodes with a very long scene that kept repeating the same dialogue with the same scenery of them talking non sense. ...
