a MUST SEE.....It will instantly become one of your favorites.....
It is based on a non so distant future, where humans have destroyed every living place, but 6 cities, where a "utopia" is been tried to create, but thanks to our human nature, we just create a false utopia. This is a place where if you don't agree we'll just shut you down by force, or you can run away and live outside of the city away from all those rules.

It will influence all the ...

WOOT WOOT! No.6 is amazing :)
Well for starters the hype was 100% on point. Quite a few people had given me great reviews for this show so I decided to see what all the fuss was about. And man am I impressed. The story line was very unique and it kind of reminded me of Hunger Games with the different city-state/areas. The OP theme is very memorable, and the music was so good I've downloaded the opening song and added to my ...

A fast-paced and compelling short series
What a great find--a fast-paced and compelling short series that I wished had been just an episode or two longer, to wrap up all the storylines. I watched all 11 episodes over a period of three evenings, absolutely glued to the screen and staying up later than I should have on a work night.

No. 6 is set in a dystopian future where an unspecified series of wars have laid waste to most of ...

Tragedy and Humanity in No. 6
No. 6 is a visually stunning story that seamlessly encompasses multiple themes including totalitarianism, government-backed genocide and human testing, a heart-breaking love triangle, survivalist instinct versus humanitarianism, and a subtle pro-environmentalist agenda without being too preachy and overbearing.

How the creators of No. 6 man managed to pull this off is an impressive feat, in my ...

Great Series, Bones has done it again.
Bones has a habit of making odd story lines work out wonderfully and No. 6 is no disappointment. This series starts out really slow but it is worth the time. If you are a fan of old fashion works of social fiction (think Dickens, Orwell, Conrad, etc.) or just like a plot line full of subtle hints and allusions leading to a huge reveal, you will love No. 6's story line.

    The characters are ...

A captivating experience set in the future
It`s still a little early to judge, but, what I CAN tell you is that the animation is just ridiculous... Truly great graphics happening. And the story-line is pretty enticing. Im hooked. I like the fact that it takes place in the the future and has the possibility for divergence. definitely follow this.

  • Amazing Characters- Amazing story
The characters have such realistic relationships. Well, as realistic as a relationship during dystopian future times can be. Despite what you may hear over the net, this is NOT yaoi. I can confirm this as a fan of yaoi myself. What's portrayed here has hints of shounen ai, but even that's stretching it.

  • Endearing short series, would watch again.
I really enjoyed this anime so much. Although it has its weak points plot wise, its is still able to deliver a sweet emotionally driving story. Yes, with more episodes this could have been fleshed out much more, but the over all story is interesting. I love 1894, farenheit 451 types (dystopian stories like this one). If you like those you will enjoy this too. This is also one of the first animes ...

  • Absolutely one of my faves
This anime is absolutely brilliant. I was unsure going in what to expect from it but I watched all 11 episodes in a matter of two days.

Action that is not overdone and way exaggerated...Just enough to get you interested but the character(S) still struggle against enemies.

An engaging plot that makes you wonder about the mystery in this world and the deadly secrets they hide

    A connection ...

  • More than I expected it to be
When I read the description for this anime, I wasn't expecting much. Judging by the episode size, I didn't think they could tell a compelling story in so little time, but it was really good. The plot was something you would have probably seen in a sci-fi flick, but that doesn't take away from it. The characters you meet you tend to get attached to and the ending was what I expected it to be. ...
