  • Beautiful drama, sad ending
Honestly, I love watching this drama. It made my cry on almost every episode. I love the way they made it into a Love Triangle, somehow. The ending was beautiful, sad yet touching. It taught me a lot about art. The music from this drama somehow made me cry whenever I hear it after watching the ending. Great acting, great actors. I'm definitely going to recommend this drama to my friends and ...

GREAT CHEMISTRY DESPITE AGE GAP, GREAT ACTING
I enjoyed watching this drama from start to finish. I will reward Moon Geun Young the Best Actress Award for deliveing her part here and the lead actor Park Shin Yang for best actor. They have great chemistry despite the age gap that you can see between them. I started to love painting due to this drama. Thank you for the writer for writing such drama that is both heart warming and funny. But ...

Painter of the Wind Doesn't Deliver
I was curious what a fictional historic k-drama would be and watched the first seven episodes of this drama and just couldn't bear to watch it any further. Painter of the Wind review:

This is one of my first real (non fusion) historical Korean dramas that I’ve watched. So, please pardon my ignorance regarding some subject manners and characters in history.

As a casual viewer of Korean dramas, I thought this drama was interesting…to say the least. It had a lot of controversial undertones for a historical drama- perhaps more than some of the ...

An OK show to watch but not recommended
Overall, it is an ok drama. The storyline is not that great. Script and acting not so good. Hardly any plots that will grab your heart. Good to pass time. Dan Won's acting is not quite up there. His heart is not in the scene but acts like an outsider. His performance lacks sincerity. Too superficial. Did not see his emotion going into acting. Ugly script pops up once in a while such as ...
