RH Plus

The series comes with a rough start. In the first setting you can already see the inexperienced acting. However, the plot line seems to have strong roots. It's hard to come by a non-glamorized vampire show/movie today. The last good series I've seen was Vampire Princess Miyu. This series is definitely worth watching. The characters, although poorly portrayed, show great potential for depth. The story line continues to be intriguing.

Worth adding to the watch list.

This series is about Four vampire who live in a mansion called Eternal Moon Mansion. The eldest of all the four is Kiyoi he takes are of the other three and is like a father to them, Masakazu is the 2nd oldest who is in collage who gets info on criminal activities. and the last two are Ageha and Makoto who are students in high school who helps out Masakazu time to time. They solve crimes that police can not do.

Vampires.
I know, cliche right? Well, although the idea of it is, the storyline definitely isn't. I want to say that there aren't any girls who fall in love with a vampire and want to be turned into one but I can't because there is one though not as bad as it seems.
I really can't explain it in words but it isn't like any other typical vampire novel, movie, or drama I've ever came in contact with. One definite good thing is that they don't sparkle.
Though this drama is suppose to have Shounen-Ai in it, I don't really notice it. Sure it is a bit awkward at times but that's how the characters are. There will be scenes that will be suspenseful and there will be scenes that will just make you laugh. This drama has many aspects combined into one. You'll get to experience the power of a vampire but you'll also get to see the human inside of them.

I'm the type of person that doesn't watch dramas but I would definitely recommend watching this one. Plus, the music for it is good.
This is my second time watching this and I know that in the future I will watch this again.

Okay, so, admittedly, I'm fairly new to asian dramas in any form. And, my tastes are probably a little too old for this kind of series. But, I watched the whole freaking thing, so I'm going to write this review anyway.

The only reason I watched RH Plus over Beethoven Virus was because it catered to my libido (what with the cute boys), rather than my brain (like BV). I don't really feel that I wasted my time, but I do feel a little dumber for the choice.

Right from the beginning, I could tell that this drama wasn't going to have the most solid storyline. The first episode was entertaining, but quickly gave away the more gimick-y traits of the show: that the vampires are young, thus weak, and will get kidnapped and hurt often, that the show is all about familial bonds and gooey feelings, and that all of the characters have dark sad pasts that will probably take over much of the series. All of these assumptions were completely correct.

The show is fun to watch and not very hard to understand. The boys are cute, even if their acting is stiff and a little bipolar at some points. The plot is thin as watered down juice, but relatable and easy to follow, with a few unexpected twists tossed in for good measure. While I completely understand why it wasn't renewed for a second season, it is fairly cute and, as an easy candy walk, a fun watch. It's certainly not going to challenge any of your mental faculties, but you'll still enjoy it. Probably.

I hate to say this but i didnt think RH Plus was that good of a drama. Maybe its because the drama was a bit one tone for me. or maybe because im used to those really long and absolutely EPIC dramas.

The storyline, in my opinion was mediocre and wasnt developed far enough. ALthought it had some great ideas and great foundations, it didnt have enough EPIc ness to it. I think it needed more events to happen at the same time and a bit more emotional struggle. The emotional conflicts, problems and antagonists were dealt with too quickly and there wasnt enough depth and plot to it. It was one of those slightly boring and undeveloped ideas that held no hearty substance to me. The beginning of the drama was a bit interesting but all the problems seemed to become quite stereotypical. Also the problems and events in the drama, although had nice ideas to it, was underdeveloped. THe writers could have taken the events and in the drama and brought more to it. The writers should have been more daring with the storyline and ran with the ideas instead of slowly jogging and restriciting the creative flow. If the writers were to have developed the ideas more, added more substance, made the problems bigger and harder to solve, the drama would have been phenonmenal. In my opinion, the storyline was underdeveloped, needed more oomph and completely ruined the drama for me.

The CHARACTERS however was what kept me watching. THe utter cuteness of the youngest vampire (AGEHA) was hard to not love. Although the acting was not hte best, I LOVED THE CHARACTERS! Ageha kept the whole drama going for me. His love for kiyoi was completely adorable and his squabbles with the girl that likes kiyoi was AH! AMAZING! the characters all had this family friendliness that made me love them. The cheesyness of the characters and their feelings were wonderful.THe characters were what kept this drama afloat.

The acting was stiff. Nothing else to say.

THis drama wasnt that memorable for me. THe only thing that kept me watching was the adorably quirky and often cheesy characters. The plotline was an underdeveloped, amateurish wreck to me. The acting was stiff but i will not penalize the drama for not so perfect casting.

Overall, Im sorry to say this but i didnt like this drama. This is only my opinion so please do NOT hate on me for sharing my point of view. THanks.
